Dual Action Knee Strap
This device seems to help alleviate pain during exercise. Typical of neoprene appliances, it stretched somewhat; this leads to the velcro overlapping such that not all surfaces contacted for full hold, but it still stays on. Perhaps ordering a size smaller than is recommended might compensate for this. I noticed while hiking in territory with lots of debris at knee level that it tended to get undone and pull off; might require a wrap of some type over it. I'm buying a second one because the pain relief aspect does seem to work...for me. ... Read more

Looking good, but nothing more then that
In short it's a good idea, but it doesn't work.
It doesn't fit under the knee cup, since the plastic is not flexible enough and cut is way to narrow to get all the way under the knee cup.
The strap is cutting into the leg, also since it's not Velcro, it's not stretching while you walk, as a result it pull the plastic down.

Good design and good idea, but bad implementation.
