My choice
Did I actually say that? Yes, these are my favorite tampons. They are big and bulky, but I don't have to worry about making a big mess because the tube is long. The absorbancy for the regulars are best for medium light days.

This tube has no shapes or designs so it's easy to use and remove.

I hate that they are so obviously tampons when you carry them in your purse, but I'm old enough not to care if someone sees one.

A size for each phase of your cycle
Kotex makes wonderful personal products. I have used many different products and am happy to speak about these. These tampons are long and a bit bulky. However, they are well worth it. The plastic applicators on these tampons are easy to use and keep your hands free of messes.

This particular pack had 3 different sizes. The regular I recommend for very heavy light days to light medium. The super are for medium to very light heavy days. The super plus I recommend for nights and very heavy days only. The reason I rate them like that is that Kotex tampons are super absorbant, so wearing the right size will allow for leak free days.

With this pack it has you covered for most days depending on your own flow. Instead of having several boxes you buy one to cover the various days.

Light Heavy overnights
These are great pads because they are thin and not too bulky however, they have great absorbancy.I recommend them for your light heavy days or nights.For very heavy flow they are okay during the day when you change them offen.However, at night they do have a tendency to leak if you are at very heavy time in your flow.

They are in their purse packs also so they are easy to carry with you.

They don't shift easily either.

I found the Kotex Freedom Thin Maxi Pads ...
I found the Kotex Freedom Thin Maxi Pads to be light and slim. They reminded me of the very first products I used when I first started menstruating. They don't have the wonderful innovation of those ""panty-protector"" wings of other brands, though, which is a significant disadvantage on heavy flow days. They're perfect for light days at the end of your period, when you don't want to use a tampon.

I like the length -- it was longer than other brands I'd used. I didn't like the width. It seemed too narrow. It wasn't bulky, so it was comfortable. As advertised, it should be used on light days (or maybe as a backup to tampons on a heavy day). The product wasn't significantly different from other similar pads that I've used, so I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it to my friends.

Kotex Freedom Thin Maxis are great! It gave me the extra protection I need during the heavy days (used with tampons) and they're just enough protection at the end of my period. I felt confident with the Kotex Thin Maxis and I'll definitely use them again. Oh, by the way, they're individually wrapped so they fit confidently in my purse or gym bag! If the topic came up, I'd definitely recommend this to my friends.

I was very surprised by the thin, compact design of these pads and was a bit skeptical as to whether or not they would offer the protection of a full-sized pad. Not only did they offer BETTER protection, but they stayed put better and even protected my undergarments better than a regular maxi-pad. Another great feature is that each pad is folded and comes individually wrapped in a little pink plastic bag. This is great for your purse and for on the go. I would recommend this product to all.
