This shampoo was just so-so for me. I really liked the fragrance and thought it was very pleasant and made my hair smell great!! However, I didn't think it was any better than comparable brands I already use. I use shampoos for fine hair that cost much less than Herbal Essences and probably will continue to use those. Good for wavy hair, don't buy it for the scent
I have thick wavy hair and this shampoo cleans my hair well and leaves my waves soft and shiny. It seems to moisturize without weighing my hair down. Before I started using Pantene regularly, my hair was often frizzy and hair stylists would comment how dry my hair was and offer me expensive shampoos and conditioners. I think Pantene works better and is a lot less expensive.

I got a free sample of this shampoo from someone I know who works at Proctor and Gamble and honestly I only tried it because she asked me to and I figured a non-salon shampoo wasn't going to make much difference.Well it did! People commented on how my hair looked and asked if I had gotten it styled.

This shampoo has a pleasant and not overpowering floral/herbal scent (the fragrance was much less intense than two Herbal Essences shampoos I've tried). It cleaned my hair and rinsed out easily. It also lathered well in hard water. I didn't really notice that my hair had more body after using this ""extra body"" shampoo, but it did clean my hair more thoroughly than most other shampoos. It seemed on the strong side for a daily shampoo, so those with dry hair might find it too harsh.
