Praise God for Zyflamend!
I have chronic tendonitis in my right arm, due to extensive typing and handwriting (secretarial work!). Zyflamend has made a tremendous difference in my life. At one point, I was considering early medical retirement, but I don't have to do that now. In order to strengthen my tendons, etc., I also take Glucosamend. I praise God for providing this supplement to mankind!

Warning for sensitive people
I thought that Zyflamend would be my answer to what I have inherited from my mother,the beginning stages of rheumatoid arthritis. Was told that there were no side effects but that wasn't my experience. I took only 1 capsule as directed with meals in the afternoon the first day. After midnight awoke to dizziness and nausea. Thinking that it was something I ate I tried to ignore it,(it did eventually pass)and I took another capsule at lunchtime the next day. The next morning at 2:00 am just as before, I had every symptom of a heart attack. Racing heart, pain in neck and arm and was so dizzy and nauseous that I couldn't move. It was a very unnerving experience but it also felt like a much more exaggerated version of the night before. That afternoon of course I took nothing and that evening and the next day was fine except tired from lack of sleep. I can't say that I can isolate what is in this that would do that but I am sensitive to medication, meaning, I don't need a heavy dose of anything to feel results. If you are like me or perhaps prone to motion sickness or have a sensitive stomach or MVP I would not recommend this product. I am very disappointed that it didn't work for me as I've heard such good results. Thought you sensitive people out there should know.

Relief with Zyflamend
Have used this product with very good results. Think that reducing inflammation is the key. Reduces aches to almost nil.Still have stiffness and soreness in lower hips but this product difinitely helps me live with it. Great Product - it Actually Works
I am a breast cancer survivor who was looking into natural products to take safely while undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment. I found this recommended on Dr Weil's site as well and decided to give it a try. It is amazing. I have had so much more energy since taking the product. I feel like the fatigue that chemo was causing is so much less now and I recover faster than without it. I would recommend it to everyone. I intend to keep taking this after my adjuvent treatments are over!

New Chapter Host Defence worked for me
I first used Host Defence last year when I was ill with a viral infection not that dissimilar to Glandular Fever.After 6 weeks of feeling very ill, having a lack of energy and suffering with dizziness and blackouts, and being advised by my GP that the only cure was rest, I decided to visit my local health food shop who recommended this product.I decided to give it a try and was so pleased I had because within two weeks I was feeling fit and well again, with no symptoms at all of the virus.I will admit that I got worse before I got better as it helped my body kick the virus out of my system.I now use the product whenever I start feeling run-down and I immediately start to feel better.Whether it contains any 'magic' ingredient or not it has worked for me and I would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent product!
I first read about Host Defense in Dr. Andrew Weil's health newsletters. The doctor, who is a Harvard graduate and author of several health-oriented books that have been on the NY Times bestseller list, explained that many types of mushrooms have remarkable immune-enhancing properties and therefore, he highly recommended that they be added to the diet - either eaten fresh or in capsule form, as in Host Defense. To be honest, I never thought much about this product until my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer, for which no treatment or hope whatsoever was offered.That's when I remembered Dr. Weil's article about Host Defense and searched for more information about it on the Internet. When I read that it increased the body's killer cells by 300%, and in medical tests done in Asia, had remarkably reduced the size of malignant tumors, I decided that my mother had nothing to lose by trying this product, so I ordered some for her. The price certainly was reasonable enough. Well, 8 months have passed since my mom's upsetting diagnosis and she began taking the Host Defense capsules. Yesterday, she mowed her lawn and then spent the evening bowling on her bowling league. Tomorrow, she is off on a bus trip with her seniors group. She says she has more energy now than she's ever had in her life. People keep telling her how great she looks.She hasn't taken anything other than the Host Defense, not even aspirin, and she swears it is the reason for her current state of good health. I have always believed that nature holds the key to cures for many illnesses, as opposed to something created in a lab. Don't knock it until you try it.
I have to admit that a concoction with a mushroom on the box gave me pause. But over the years I've used a variety of herbal products that purport to enhance the immune system. Many worked for a while, then seemed to stop helping. I usually get 2-3 upper respiratory infections ("colds") a year. Take the real thing, not a processed derivative
There have been studies in Japan and China that claim green tea (and teas in general) have beneficial health effects only when they are taken in their natural form, i.e., as tea leaves.I'm very skeptical that processed products have any benefits at all, and may even be harmful in the long run.It's much better to enjoy a cup of real green tea while reaping its healthful benefits.

I would brew green tea after oily meals for detoxyfying and weight management purposes, but brewing tea could be quite a hassle.

This product gave me back my life.
This product gave me back my life. I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder which means that wintertime with its short time of sunlight makes me depressed. I had taken anothertime-release German brand before but the U.S. distributor dropped it. Then I went to regular St. John's wort. What a pain! 1-2 capsules 3 times a day! Most of the time, I would forget to take one dose each day which meant that I wasn't getting an effective dosage. This product is so easy to use with once a day dosing. However, if you haven't been taking St. John's wort previously, you need to give it about a month to start being effective; even prescription anti-depressants take at least 3 weeks. (I'm married to a pharmacist who knows these things.)

The only difference between this product and some others I've used is that the Nature's Resource didn't upset my stomach. It was also nice having to take it just once a day...easier to get a full dose. I'd recommend it to others.

I've noticed no changes in my ""emotional well-being"" since I started taking Nature's Resource Time Release St. John's Wort Capsules. I wouldn't recommend this product. Caffeine Pill in Hiding
I started taking these pills three days ago.While they were not what I wanted (I wanted just green tea pills, not a mixature), I decided to give them a try.After three restless nights I traced it back to these pills.Each pill has 200 mg of caffeine.And by following the directions, which state to take one pill mid morning followed by a pill and a glass of water. Then to repeat it again in mid afternoon.I was pumping myself full of 400 mg of caffeine. These pills are not worth it.
