I love this product! I honestly believe that it's helped me fight off several colds. As soon as you feel that scratchy throat, itchy eyes, or sniffly nose...you just plop one tablet into a cup of water, let fizz for a minute, then drink. A gem for muscle relaxation

Got my life back...
I've dealt with IBS for over 8 years. When it had gotten so bad I couldn't leave the house anymore, I decided enough was enough. I did a search for IBS and found Heather's website. I ordered the Acacia (Tummy Fiber) right away, then later the books. The fiber is wonderful! It doesn't get gritty, and you can add it to soft foods as well, like applesauce. There is NO taste or texture to it at all, as is it completely soluble. Just make sure you put the fiber in a glass first, then add the liquid, stirring with a fork. If for some reason it doesn't mix all the way, which is rare, just let it sit for a few minutes. I also have been on the diet, and am using her peppermint capsules. And now, I CAN LEAVE THE HOUSE!!! I can venture away from the bathroom like a normal person. I have my life back.
And the Acacia helps all three types of IBS. I just wish I would had found it sooner.

If you don't have the time to read my whole story, then please just read this... This stuff REALLY WORKS!!!

My daughter (2 years old) had a wart on her heel that was so deep and painful that she had to walk around on her tip toes all the time. I bought this product for my 18 year old son after my husband had success with the Loma Lux for eczema. Wonderful product!
I bought these thinking what do I have to lose? Doing nothing wasn't helping, so I figured why not? Well, I am glad I did. They are a bit spendy, but worth every penny, if not more. I personally take them right before I eat, that seems to help me better. They calm your tummy down really well. And for those unforseen attacks, they work wonders, nipping it in the bud. I also take the Tummy Fiber which is another miracle supplement, and recommend buying her books as well. I went from having an attack nearly every day, to having just 1 or 2 a month. Worked in the beginning, but not any more
I started using Zicam allergy nasal spray about 4 years ago, and at first I was amazed how well it worked.At that time I had been using NasalCrom which is formulated to block pollen from reaching the membrane of your nose (at least in theory) and is to be used as a prevention aid, not symptom treatment.I wanted something that could relieve the stuffy nose and the itchy eyes, and I liked the sound of "homeopathic," so I gave Zicam a try. The first year I used Zicam, which was very expensive at the time, I liked it a lot as it made my hay fever more tolerable.

But it simply stopped working the second year.I bought two fresh bottles (since each contains only 0.5 oz. and runs out rather quickly) but got no relief this time around.I did not give up and tried again last year, but once again, there was simply no effect on my hay fever at all.I became very disappointed.

I still recommend you give this a try and see if it works for you.I also recommend you try NasalCrom, which is not homeopathic but can help prevent the symptoms.Just remember to start using NasalCrom two weeks *BEFORE* your hay fever symptoms first appear.

I did receive allergy relief from this product. However, I got a bloody nose after using it for three days. I am not prone to bloody noses, so I believe it was from using this product. Although the bleeding was not excessive, I stopped use immediately. The bleeding stopped after two days.

Great Product
My colds always lasted for two weeks until I used this product, and that is how I know it works.I used it exactly as it directed and my cold consisted only of minimal throat discomfort and some coughing.After a week, all symptoms subsided.Even though I've heard Zicam can prevent colds altogether, I am grateful for any alleviation I can get.

Excellent (a former cold-eze user)
I have used the oral zinc lozenges for several years and felt that they worked quite well.This last cold I decided to give the nasal gel zinc a try and the difference was noticable right away.There is the usual part of the cold where it starts and gets a bit worse for a few days but that part where you feel miserable for 3 or 4 days was gone.The symptoms got as bad as they were going to get (and it was NOT all that bad) and than started to improve.

I will say that I initially bought the gel in the pump, used it for one full day and ended up with a bloody nose.I found the pump very difficult to control, both how far the gel goes in and how much.The swabs work much better and I had no further problems. You really are supposed to only have the gel at the very end, this isnt like the traditional nose spray...The swabs are more expensive altho this price is quite good.A full $3 less than I paid locally.

I know there are some issues for some people regarding loss of smell with this product but I havent experienced this at all.Its a wonderful and very helpful product for people like me who can not due to medical reason take anti histamines and decongestants.

Fights the cold itself, not just the symptoms.
Okay, I am one skeptical person.But when a cold comes around, I get desperate and try everything.So far, this is the only thing that does what it says.At first, I saw the studies saying that it reduces colds by 75%, and I did not believe it.Then I tried it.

First off, my colds are usually predictable.First few days I have a cough, dry throat, and I'm short of breath.The next day a cough and congestion develop.The fourth day and fifth day, I have trouble breathing, and the thought of doing anything is pain.By the sixth day I start to feel better and can function somewhat normally, and by day eight, I'm mentally normal, but physical down.Only by day 14 does the cold's effect totally wear off, and I'm able to be continue my exercise routine.

So, when I take Zicam, it's like days 3 through 7 do not exist.The worst of the cold is never experienced.Granted, it's not a cure, but it sure stops a cold from ruining my whole week.

On Saturday night, I noticed a cold coming on.On Sunday morning, I started taking Zicam every four hours.Monday I felt somewhat bad, but I was able to come to work and get some stuff done.Today is Tuesday, and I would normally be at home sick, but I actually feel better.In fact, I'm at work writing this review and continuing my work day as normal.That is how good this product is.

Okay, so I took it twice, so this is by no means a scientific test.I also coupled it with plenty of water and rest.Who knows, the cold might have gone away anyway.I'll continue to use it anyway, and I'll always have a nasal spray bottle in my car, and the swabs in my car and at my office.

How does it work?Well, I don't think anyone really knows, but some doctors think that zinc interferes with reproduction of the cold virus, and since the cold virus likes to stay in the nose, a nasal spray works well.

Hardly notice the lemongrass - taste great
I was a little afraid to get this because of it having Lemongrass, Lemongrass as such a bad taste but I gave it a try and I really enjoy this tea.As the other reviews gave 5 stars I too give it my highest rating.I have mine with a little bit of honey in it and it is SOOO GOOD!So try it plain and try it with honey either way you are sure to be surprised at the great taste.

For me, when the days get colder nothing is as rewarding as a simple cup of hot tea. And for it's claimed immunity benefits, a basic green tea is a common pick for maintaining a healthy natural balance during the flu season.
