Got my life back...
I've dealt with IBS for over 8 years. When it had gotten so bad I couldn't leave the house anymore, I decided enough was enough. I did a search for IBS and found Heather's website. I ordered the Acacia (Tummy Fiber) right away, then later the books. The fiber is wonderful! It doesn't get gritty, and you can add it to soft foods as well, like applesauce. There is NO taste or texture to it at all, as is it completely soluble. Just make sure you put the fiber in a glass first, then add the liquid, stirring with a fork. If for some reason it doesn't mix all the way, which is rare, just let it sit for a few minutes. I also have been on the diet, and am using her peppermint capsules. And now, I CAN LEAVE THE HOUSE!!! I can venture away from the bathroom like a normal person. I have my life back.
And the Acacia helps all three types of IBS. I just wish I would had found it sooner.

Wonderful product!
I bought these thinking what do I have to lose? Doing nothing wasn't helping, so I figured why not? Well, I am glad I did. They are a bit spendy, but worth every penny, if not more. I personally take them right before I eat, that seems to help me better. They calm your tummy down really well. And for those unforseen attacks, they work wonders, nipping it in the bud. I also take the Tummy Fiber which is another miracle supplement, and recommend buying her books as well. I went from having an attack nearly every day, to having just 1 or 2 a month. (I haven't got up to the recommended amount of fiber yet, so the attacks should become less when I do.) One more thing to note, Heather knows IBS personally, and is extremely supportive. From Poison Ivy to Shingles
This is truly a medicine chest in a bottle, it works on any topical skin disorder.It stopped the spread and itch of poison ivy overnight, and healed it in two days. My Grandmother had Shingles, and nothing helped the constant irritation.Well, Wounded Warrior Stopped the pain and discomfort, and aided in quick healing.Diabetic leaisions to dogs with ring worm, there is no end to the uses and amazament of Wounded Warrior. Great stuff for sensitive skin
Dermanator is just the thing if you have skin that breaks out periodically with those dry red patches that oftentimes accompany stressful lives.The salve is soft and creamy--not like some of those murky medicinal products that smell so bad--and I wake up with softer, less patchy skin overnight.It is also a great oppressor of cold sores and I have had much greater success at keeping the cold sores from ever really developing than I have had with regular drug store products. FUNGUENT and the toes
I have been using the FUNGUENT for about 4 weeks know for toe nail fungus, and I'm seeing results, it does take up to a year for toe nail fungus to totally go away so "that why I'm giving it a 4 star until the fugus amungus is gone" but I see no fungus stuff under my nail so I assume it's working.
