I bought this product for my 18 year old son after my husband had success with the Loma Lux for eczema. My son took it for 2 months and although his acne has not totally disappeared, the results were pretty dramatic. Onward to read: The Acne Prescription by Nicholas Perricone. This book has information on how blood sugar affects inflammation. It is interesting because when I cut sugar out of my diet, I have noticed my skin clears up in days. I also noticed that a low-carb Hershey's chocolate bar with soy nuts had no effect on my skin. SO, maybe it is really the "sugar" and not the chocolate.
