HOW FIRM A FOUNDATION?
How firm a foundation?The answer in regard to this pancake makeup is too firm.

It reminds me of the makeup, although I can't remember the brand, that we used in our local little theaater group.But, these people were going on stage.

A very smooth and sheer tinted moisturizer
I have used this tinted moisturizer for over 10 years.I love it. For a great natural look, this is all you need along with a little blush and some mascara and lip gloss.It evens out your skin tone beautifully and is great for covering blemishes.One tube lasts me at least 2 months.I wouldn't buy anything else.

Terrific sheer, tinted moisturizer...
PROS: Long-lasting. Waterproof. Lightweight. Hypo-allergenic. Non-comedogenic. Fragrance free.

CONS: Packaging is portable, however it becomes hard to get out when about 1/2 full. Only 3 shades (light, medium & dark), but they are neutral, sheer and very blendable. Only SPF 6.

First of all, the important thing to remember is that this is a *tinted moisturizer*. While it's still makeup, it's not meant to give full (or even medium) foundation-like coverage... you shoudn't expect this to completely disguise blemishes or freckles. It probably won't, but it will even skin tone. That said, the color selection is very limited, but, for most, I don't think that would be too much of a problem. The light shade looks dark and beige in the tube, but blends wonderfully and looks natural on my light, warm-toned skin. You should be safe as long as you don't go to the opposite end of the spectrum when choosing your shade. An SPF of at least 15 would be nice, but I suppose some is better than none, and I'm used to applying sunscreen anyway. It's very lightweight and feels natural, non-greasy and moisturizes sufficiently. It leaves a finish somewhere halfway between dewy and matte, making it look just like bare, healthy skin. It's waterproof, lasts for a very long time (though I can't attest to how it stands up during heavy activity) and washes off easily with a cleanser or makeup remover.

This is a very light and sheer foundation. I liked the way it went on my skin, and especially liked the fact that I didn't need to use a daytime moisturizer. While the color looked a little darker in the tube than what I normally use, it looked fine on my face -- mostly because of the sheerness. This compares to the Clinique's Workout makeup, just a little lighter coverage. It lasts all day, feels great, and makes you look like you're not wearing anything.

This is a great foundation! It goes on smoothly and stays on quite long! It doesn't have that caked-on feeling as some others do. It also washes off very easily. I'd recommend this to a friend!
