Frustrated
What is pictured versus what I received are two totally different products. I received a very thin, flimsy hand sewn cotton slipper. While it functions fine, it's a little stressful touching it so gingerly to make sure it doesn't fall apart. A few things you should know.
I originally gave these shoes 4 stars, but after wearing them for a few days, I've changed my mind.They're not that great.

First, the 'stuff' does not retain heat for very long.These shoes are much better at warming up your feet than they are at keeping them warm.

Second, you can't walk with these slippers on, because you will crush the 'stuff'.

Third, if you do buy them, make sure you get the right size.If your feet are size 8 or bigger, get a large.If they're too small, you'll heat either your toes or your heel, but not both. ... Read more

Mitts are scented.
Though the description of this product says it's filled with natural buckwheat hulls and rice, mine had a strong smelling deodorant coming from the removable bags you heat. I used them once and then packed them away because I do not like the odor. I wish the mitts had been unscented.
