Great value
You can't beat the price for a massaging lumbar cushion.The heat function is basically useless, and it is more of a vibrator than a masseuse, but it's been great for my back.I bought it for my company car, a Pontiac Aztek, because the seatback offers negative lumbar support.This cushion strapped right on and got the job done.It's a little big--getting in and out is tougher, and I'm closer to the airbag--but the benefit of lumbar support outweighs these drawbacks.

Saved my back...
I love this lumbar cushion b/c it really relieves my back pain at the office. I stare at a computer screen all day, and I tend to hunch over after long periods of working. So, this cushion is a great back/stress reliever. However, the massaging tool on this cushion is entirely too loud for my cubicle. It makes a loud buzzing noise that is quite embarrassing. The heat works, so that's a great addition for those long winter days.

Heat still works-massage gave out
The cushion is very comfortable, but it does have some drawbacks.The heat still works, but the massage part began vibrating erratically.It gradually got louder and louder and finally gave out completely.

It's OK
It's ok, mediocre, nothing more than that. The heat will not warm you up, and the massager won't do any shiatsu, but it's $12 and will give you a gentle buzz. I use it to keep me awake during studying.

worthless.
The only thing nice about this heating pad is that it has velco straps to wrap it around your body and stay in place and what tiny part of the pad that vibrates.. the minature vibrations. I would not recomment this item & in fact returned mine.

it does not have different heat settings and on a setting it would be considered low, the vibrator part of it, are two small quarter shaped vibrators, that vibrates about equally to a cell phone's vibrations. they are located on each end of the pad and only vibrate those two small areas. Dont waste your time and save your money, spend it towards a product that will actually give you the pleasure and relief you need!

Nothing to it, poor excuse for a massager
I had a good massaging heating pad that was great, and I used it on my legs a lot., thought I could replace it.This one is not even in the ballpark.Absolutely useless,I have been had!

Poor massager, poor value, returning it
The massage portion of this heating pad is no more a massager than the vibrate on a cell phone.There is only 1 heat setting, which is OK, but it's a bit hot for only one setting.It's like the High setting on my 3 setting hot pad.

Just right for me
I love it, and here's why:

-It doesn't burn, the heat is relaxing, but not scortching, so you don't have to turn it on until it heats up and turn it off until it cools down, etc...

-The massager is great!It's not horribly loud or too bouncy.There are even different settings for it.

-The massager has a timer so you don't forget about it and keep it on for hours, possibly hurting yourself.

-The velcro straps make it possible to wrap up a body part and keep the pad in place.

-The pad is nice and soft, kindof squishy feeling even...very comfortable to lean against.

Almost as good as hands
I got this because of the fact that my husband has tendonitis and can't work on my many, many deep, tight back muscle knots.I'd seen and tried out the S-shaped pressure point self-releasers, and this takes that idea one step further by adding in massage.

It does a pretty good job, for a machine (I prefer a tireless massuese any day), but the fixture for the neck is pretty useless. I'd also prefer a thinner round head, but I do enjoy this and use it quite often, and it helps a good deal with the pain. ... Read more

This little massager really packs a punch.Unlike the bigger, bulkier massagers, this one is quite light.It's not weightless, but certainly has less heft than larger versions.The smaller size, however, doesn't mean it doesn't work as well.In fact, it probably works better than the standard vibrating massager.The massage truly goes deeper than the average handheld massager.We just received this today as a gift, and are already in love with it.The changing of the 3 different heads is not too hard... you just turn it counter-clockwise and unscrew it.It can be a little tight, though, the first time you try to unscrew it.The heated head is alright - not too hot.The cord is nice and long as well.It doesn't have a very obvious "wave" motion, as I'd expect from the name, but it does have more movement than the average massager.The price is very fair for the job that it does, and it works better than similar (non-wave) handheld massagers I've tried.A good find! ... Maintaining
This is an awsome foot bath! I am a nail tech and I give sevralpedicures a day. This foot bath is one of the best at maintaining the water temprature. The key word is maintaining! Of course you have to put your disired water temprature in the foot bath first. So, if you know to do that this bath will please you.

Loved spa-hated remote control
I loved the spa when I could get it to work.This foot bath can ONLY be operated using the remote control, therefore if the remote goes so goes your foot bath.I could not get the spa to turn on again if I wanted to use it more than once a day.I turned it on for about 10 minutes then had to run an errand.The machine would not turn on again until the next day!!

Not what I expected
I am 6 months pregnant and was in real need of a good warm foot massager.It had all the features but they don't live up to what I thought they would be.The removeable foot rollers are too big and painful as someone else mentioned, I just take them out.The bubbles do splash water all over the floor.There is a feature that says it will maintain the temp. of the water, but it doesn't, it gets cold quick.The manicure massager is ok, but it is in an awkward place.The vibration and the bubbles are nice but that's about it.Also, there should be a selection for bubbles only (without vibration).And there is NO fill line as the directions say!

Not bad
It's nice to have a foot spa, but there were a few surprises.This biggest problem is that the "water jet" function, which does indeed feel good, splashes water everywhere.You need to line your chair and the floor for several feet away to keep things dry!Secondly, though the manual refers to a fill line, there isn't one. You have no idea how much water to put in this thing.I've tried lots of levels (nothing gets rid of the horrible splashing with water jets) and have one that works reasonably well, but there was a lot of trial and error involved.Lots of water on the floor too!
Also, the removable rollers are far too large and painful to do any good.Fortunately they are removable. Maybe on a very large foot they'd be okay, but not on a size 8.Ouch!And the "all-purpose" massager is totally useless.The other attachments work fine, but aren't worth extra cost -- you have to twist your foot around on top, and that's somewhat difficult.(Once I figured it out, it wasn't so bad, but it's difficult to rub the side of my toe).
The heat doesn't maintain the water temperature at all,it quickly drops.Start with the water hot and enjoy your ten minutes, that's all.

Works great if you only want a vibrating masssage
This product provides only superficial relief; don't buy this product for a massage that is more than skin deep. This product works by vibrating little disks. Because these disks are so flat, they don't penetrate deep into the muscle. Changing the intensity and speed doesn't increase penetration, either, and in fact, if you're focusing on your neck area, can feel quite unpleasant because your throat will vibrate just as much as your neck.

While the product is designed to hit five major areas--the neck, upper back, lumbar, lower back, and thighs--you won't benefit from the full body "vibration" (massage) if you're short (I'm 5'3"). You actually need to scoot up or down to pin-point the area that's tight or sore. And again, the flat vibrating disks only massage the surface skin; any deep aching will still be there when you're finished.

The heating element worked okay, but it would better accompany a kneading action that could penetrate below the skin. Too bad they didn't design the product with finger-like objects beneath the material that could apply more pressure to sore areas.

This thing smelled terrible.It worked fine, but it smelled like a skunk.It reeked so bad that it fouled up my whole living room.I had to eventually move it to another room and open the window and turn on a fan.Two days later it still smelled.I don't know if I got something from a bad batch or what.I even called Comfort Products to discuss the problem but they were unhelpful.I eventually returned this item to Amazon.If you have a keen sense of smell don't buy this product.

This is a 10 star product!
I Bought 3 items to improve the quality of my life; For the rest of my life I will own one of these. It is excellent for chronic pain, muscle spasms, and circulation. It gives a wonderful variety of massage, speeds of massage, intensity of that massage, and heat that can be on or off. I have lupus (which has attacked my muscles and nerves) and fibromyalgia; this has relieved much of my pain for extended periods of time. I have let other use it; with variety of illnesses and circulation problems. They have all said they weren't leaving or were in love.
My christmas shopping list this year will have several of these on it for my family and friends. In the past, being in the car for extendeed periods of time has been hard; driving has been especailly difficult. Now, I can't wait to try it on my next trip! I believe it will make a big difference with this heavenly health tool. If you want a good massage tool, to improve chronic pain or quality of life by reducing pain, Please try this.

Worst product ever
This product didn't do anything for me.It's doesn't keep the water warm at all.I put hot water in it and it was cold within 10 minutes.Your better off just filling a bucket up with hot water and soaking your feet in it then buying this product.Don't waste your money!

Good for the price.
This is a good foot massager for the price. Sure, if you're looking for something fancy, this is not it. I found with hot water this works quite nice for about 15 minutes. It is deep so even my large feet (I am a man) fit in it nicely after a long day on my feet. It is quiet enough that I have even used it while watching TV. I couldn't justify spending much on this type of thing, but at the low price I had to try it. The bubbles really do relax my feet quite well.

Save your money.
I purchased this footbath in an effort to help my perpetually sore feet. Unfortunately, after my first use, i found out that the "massaging" attachments do absolutely nothing for my feet, and the footbath leaves much to be desired (i.e. not enough relaxing bubbling action on the feet). The water often goes cold after about 8 minutes. I tried to return the footbath to the store where i bought it, only they refused to accept it because i had used it once, so it has become a dust collector in my bathroom closet. My suggestion would be to save your money and buy a higher quality footbath.

I guess you get what you pay for.. and, it was a cheap one.
I would not recommend this item in fact i returned it. the removable pedicure attachments are useless, they dont vibrate spin nothing. the vibrations arent strong and the bubbles just splash every where. it does not maintain heat so if you put HOT water in the bath, within 10-20 minutes your water is cold. i would save your time and money and search for something better.

Does the trick
Simple.Didn't want to deal with having to refill water, etc., just wanted some foot rubbin'.I find that sometimes from its motion my feet slide around a little, but I pretty much can usually find a way to make it work to get those hard-to-reach-spots.

Decent Product
You get what you pay for.This thing's not going to grab your feet and do obscene things nor is it feature-laden.Getting certain parts of your feet massaged can be difficult because lacking proper leverage the massager will push your feet around; like when you try to do your heels.

The motor pushing the counter-rotating balls is not very strong and can be easily stopped by the weight of your leg.I'm 6'1, 210lbs.If I put the full weight of my leg through my foot onto the massager, it stops.I'm not talking about pressing, just letting my leg rest so the entire weight focal point is the part of my foot resting on the massager.

It's worth the price but keep an eye out for something better.

Great massager!
So much better than those vibrating massagers that just leave my feet numb and itchy! The heat feels wonderful after a cold winter's day and the rotating massagers provide a great deep massage.If you have tickelish or sensitive feet, I recommend a good thick pair of socks.My husband tried it out and I think I might have to get him his own, so I can get mine back!

Not soothing, like walking on marbles, very little warmth!

Poor communication - even worse shipping!
I ordered this product on the 19th and paid EXTRA to make sure it was shipped by Christmas - before I submitted my order, it also guaranteed shipment by Christmas.

Well, just found out it will not be here until the 27th - after the recipient is already gone.Horrible communication from the company, who did not respond to my numerous emails - I will never order from here again.

A *REAL* good vibrations
This is a good vibe for fun and games. The "adult" adapter is a good design and well made. It comes with it's own instruction manual. But the shinning glory of the vibe is that it works on *other* parts of the body TOO! This coil-type vibe is very quiet and comes with a bunch of adapters for different kinds of aches and pains. ok, but.....
The description of this made it sound really great.Once I got it though, there are a few things to consider.For one, the thing doesn't fit in my chairs.It has elastic straps, but they are too short to secure around my recliner which is the only chair with a high enough back for me to use it.So I tried it with it just sitting in the chair.The lower functions for the low back and legs are fine, but the higher ones made my upper back and neck hurt worse.I have yet to try it in my car...I haven't wanted to dig it out of my closet.:(

Uncomfortable
It works as advertised.I would prefer a touch more heat.

The main issue I have is that it is uncomfortable to sit on for a long time.In particular the two leg motors stick up so that you feel pressure points while seated.

It is unfortunate, but I remove the unit when not using the message and heat.

A relaxing addition to the road trip
I bought this as a christmas gift for my husband, who has complained of discomfort while driving and while at the office. while I can't make his job easier or make the road trips go faster, I thought that this back massager might help.

as a *Back Masseur*, you'll find it disatisfying. The pad vibrates and pulses, but can't do what a skillful fingers can. As far as being a device that aids in comfort and relaxation, this is certainly effective. the heat option we first considered extraneous, but then we used it on a chilly evening and changed our opinions.

the pad is well thought out for safety, too. it will automatically turn off if you haven't changed any of the options in the previous fifteen minutes.

some of the cycle and pulse options I found to be worthless--they are more distracting than relaxing.

but, all in all, it's a great pad. certainly does what I hoped it would--brings a little comfort to the road trips and office days.

if you're looking for an actual massage device, we've been using our "HoMedics PA-100 Therapist Select Percussion Action Massager"--a hand held device--and it does a pretty good job of loosening up tight muscles.

still, nothing beats a good masseur.

Installed in a car.Very nice product.heat isnt overbearing like another one I owned.I couldnt give it a perfect score, but it comes close to it. I love it love it love it!
My foot massager arrived today, and I took it right out of the box and plugged it in.It's heaven.It really does knead out the soreness and made me feel completely relaxed.I highly recommend it.

Good product with a little defect
we like the massager a lot, especially my husband, he uses it almost everyday. Eveything is good except the remote, it never works from day one, we called and was told that we would get a replacement, but it never came and we called again, and we were told that it was back order. Well we are still waiting. Even though without the remote control, we still like the massager.
