You Get What You Pay For
You need rabbit ears to hear a heartbeat. Very painful to put in your ears. Doesn't come with the extra items listed on box. Save your time and money -- choose something else.

You get what you pay for.
It's not a high quality instrument. I needed a steth for my horse first aid kit and didn't want to spend a lot of money so this one fit the bill. It'll do but I couldn't give it more than 3 stars cause it is kind of low quality. The box says "Spare eartips and diaphragm included". There wasn't anything extra in my box.

Cheap and useable.
I have this exact stethoscope, except that it only has the diaphram, not the bell, unfortunately.Any ways, it is a decent steth, especially for the price, and is nice to have around.It's durable, storable, and simple enough so that you don't have to worry about it much.Another unfortunate thing is that stethoscopes are hard to find, so this is one of the few you'd be likely to come across, so I would suggest getting it.The sound is pretty clear; I can hear my heartbeat and breathing nice and clear, though it doesn't amplify the sound, so still sounds like using a tube and funnel, with good quality.I would recommend this stethoscope to anyone with just a few bucks to spend. ... Floor color?
The scale is better looking than the picture. I wanted a simple scale that might last a long time - with no bells and whistles to malfunction. And this scale fits the bill. However, if you're going to place this scale on a dark colored floor - you will probably have trouble reading the numbers. (They are black and my floor is brown.) It would be better if the numbers could be changed from black to white if needed.

Just right for this family of nurses...
This is a good all-around stethescope for nursing use. It's lightweight, has comfortable earpieces, and the sound is clear and easy to hear. Cheaper scopes are certainly available, but you'll be using this for years -- and this one certainly holds up for years...my sister has been using hers since 1986.

I bought my Littman Classic II on my sister's advice (yep, also a nurse) when I started nursing school clinicals in 1999 -- it was so much lighter than the Sprague I'd been using...and frankly, anything that saved me a little stress during the ordeal of nursing school was well worth it.

When my daughter started nursing school last fall, and complained to me that she was having trouble hearing BPs and lung sounds with the school supplied scopes, I bought this same scope for her. She LOVES it and her fellow students are envious.

My brother will be starting nursing school next year, and I think this will make a marvelous gift for him as well.

Durable....
I bought this pedometer becausei didn't want to invest too much money in it...Whaoua...I'm quite amazed how that pedometer survived the bad treatment it received...:)
First, I happened to sometimes drop it...Not broken!
And secondly, last time that I put it on my pajama pant(and forget it), I put the pedometer in the washing machine and then dry it!....Believe me after all that, it still workkkk!!!
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
That pedometer is very simple to use and compact...Go for it!

These stink
This pedometer stinks - it keeps resetting itself, making it impossible to know how many steps you've done in a day. I bought 12 of them for the company fitness club, and all 12 did the same thing - reset themselves, so all 12 are going back.

buy the 10 pack for the most accuracy
As everybody knows, pedometer's can't be counted on for being accurate, so an elementary statistical sampling technique can help you gauge the amount of steps you've taken.With this particular pedometer, I recommend using at least 8 at once, which I must admit is far fewer than the 17 I needed from the Wheaties boxes.

horrible
I have used the red box Clearblue easy from the store and paid $10 more than here. So when I saw the much lower price I jumped and bought them. To my surprise it wasnt even the same box that they advertise instead is a blue box and all of the sticks were horrible. The control line never got really dark and I could barely see the the other line. I also bought the $1 test and worked way better than this one. In my opinion the substitute sticks are horrible and I didnt even get the product that they were advertising here. I would never buy them again. Very poor quality service from Amazon
Maybe it's just my bad luck, but I ordered this item and it came out with the expired battery. I called Amazon, and they sent me a replacement quickly. The thing is that the replacement was in exactly the same *not working* condition. The same problem with the battery. I was suggested to shop somewhere else for this item, as Amazon vendor don't check the condition of the items before they ship them to customers. Be aware! Don't waste your time.
