Very Pleased!!
I got this showerhead for Christmas and am really happy with it!!It's really a pleasant experience to have the water raining down on you.
I do agree with the other reveiwer that the adjustable knobs are tough to get to stay in place.But with mine anyways it stays in place while I'm using it and it's only later that it slowly lowers down.Then I just move it back into place and tighten the knobs again when I want to use it.It hasn't been any trouble so far.
I love this showerhead so much that I'm actually already looking for an even larger one!!I highly recommend these "rainfall" showerheads!!

Good downpour, hard to adjust
This showerhead delivers what it promises, a "soft and drenching rain experience". The water distribution is uniform through the 60 spray channels and there seems to be very little restraining of water happening.

The 9-inch swing arm is of good length, but could be longer. It is not very easy to adjust though. The tightening screws are not strong enough to support the weight of the arm and showerhead. You need to tighten these very hard to keep the showerhead in place, so the "arm adjusts for personalized positions" statement isn't true, unless everyone has strong hands.

Infuriating device is a huge hassle
You have to get on your knees and enter in a plethora of information every time you want to check your body fat--it is incapable of storing even 1k worth of data.

Very good product but lacks a few things
I have been using it for almost a year now. Over all I like it a lot. Here is what I think is good or bad in it:

Pros:
1. Measuring Weight (that's what its supposed to do and should be good at... right!). If you are planning to loose weight you can watch your weight go down over days in 1/2 lb steps.
2. Doesn't loose its calibration (some other weight scales require calibration).
3. You can measure body fat (not very accurate though)
4. Its gentle on batteries so they last for a long time.

Cons:
1. Body fat measurement is very inaccurate even if you fall with in the specified weight and height limits. They can be completely off if you use this scale after taking a shower.
2. You can't store the weight or body fat trends (yeep keep a log book handy if you want to record your weight).
3. Body fat measurement could be some what difficult to set up. Controls could have been easier than how they are.

Overall a very good product.

Overrated!
I got this scale because I read that it would store previous measurements to track your weight history.After reading the manual, it apparently does not do that.

Additionally, according to the manual the scale's body fat measurement does not work properly if you are considered "athletic" or "fit", which makes that feature useless for me.

Good for the money, but lack of memory is annoying
We have used the Tanita body fat scale for many years to help us watch our weight and keep track of our body fat. While I loved its usefulness and low price, in the long run we moved on to a new scale.

First, the good things about this scale. It's relatively cheap when you compare it against other body fat scales. It's also easy to use just for weight. You simply kick a button with your toe to turn it on, step on it, and it shows you your weight to within .5 pounds.

Doing the body weight is more annoying though. You have to press a button to get it going, choose adult or child, then choose male or female, and then sit there and scroll through the numbers to find your height. If you miss it, start all over again.

Then you stand on the scale in bare feet. In essence the scale sends a mild electrical signal through your body - you can't feel it at all. By knowing your height and watching how fast the signal takes to get through your system, the scale can determine how much of you is made up of fat. That number is displayed for you after around 5 seconds.

I really liked the scale but found that sequence to get to the body fat REALLY annoying after a while. We moved up to a Taylor system that had a memory so you input your values once and then just "recalled" them later with one button. We also discovered when we did this that our Tanita was about a pound off, and that its body fat measurement was a full 3.5%. So while the Tanita had been good at general ranges, apparently it wasn't extremely accurate.

I'd recommend this Tanita as a great way to get into body fat scales if you don't have one yet. But if you are actually going to start paying attention to it, I'd really recommend going with a unit that has a memory in it. They aren't that much more money and they are VERY worth it.

Measure body fat percentage at a low price.
This is a great scale that is ready to use right out of the box.Just turn it on, using the toe button located on the bottom right side, and step on. Within seconds you have your weight displayed very accurately within a half pound.

The trump card feature of this scale is its ability to measure you body fat percentage (using bioelectrical impedance analysis). Just enter some basic info about yourself (adult/child, male/female, and height) and 5-4-3-2-1 (yes, the scale really counts down) you have your body fat percentage. The manual has a chart listing acceptable body fat levels so you can keep track of where your at.
The scale can�t measure body fat for everyone. Very small children and very fit (athletes) individuals will give false body fat readings(however, weight is always measured accurately).

The only major flaw with the scale is that you have to manually input your age, gender and height every time you want to measure body fat. A memory feature should have been added to save your information, as it can become very annoying to re-enter your information again and again. A memory feature is available on Tanita�s higher end model scales
The digital display is fairly easy to read (some scales have larger readouts).

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM
This item is a waste of money. First of all, I could not get enough blood out of my fingers with the two lancets they provided. However, I sent the sample in anyway as I thought maybe it would be enough. They weren't able to test my sample and offered a replacement at half price.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. SAVE THE MONEY AND GO TO YOUR LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

Not easy and painless for me
I applaud Home Access for making an anonymous FDA approved home HIV test kit available, and Amazon.com for making it available from a trusted Internet vendor.Having said that, I can't help but wonder if the people who wrote the other reviews took the same test I took.Every one of them raved about how easy the test is to self-administer. One review even said it was painless. That was definitely not my experience. The supplied lancet is a primitive thing, that is painful and brutal to use.The lancet is sterile, and limits the depth of the puncture; otherwise, it's no better than jabbing yourself with the point of a knife. I had to jab my finger over and over, and squeeze and squeeze to get enough blood to fill the circle on the card.The blood kept clotting between punctures, so I had to keep wiping my finger with the supplied alcohol swab to keep the blood flowing.I'm concerned that the continuous use of the alcohol swab contaminated the blood sample. So, I've decided to take the test again. This time, I've purchased an adjustable, spring-loaded lancet from the drugstore. It's the type diabetics use, and the cost is about seven dollars, which includes a package of sterile blades. With a better lancet, I hope I'll be able to obtain a pure blood sample and have more confidence in the test result.I hope the spring-loaded blade will make it easier for me to jab myself without flinching. The instructions are very detailed and well written, but they may be difficult for some people to follow. The only reason I gave the kit three stars instead of five is the problem I had with the lancet. I recognize that my problem with the lancet may not be typical; however, I suggest that anyone planning to take this test invest a few more dollars in a good lancet, and have it ready before administering the test.

This test was VERY easy to use. I'd definitely recommend it. It comes with clear instructions and has everything you need labeled well and in numerical order. Your name and address are never used. The results are given over the phone using a personal code that came with the kit so your confidentiality is assured. Having to prick your own finger was the hardest part of the whole test, but then I'm a little squeamish anyhow.

Working in the medical field, it never hurts to know one's status. Although we do use universal precautions, I've worked with a lot of AIDS patients, as well as patients who were high risk. The home HIV access system was easy to use with clear, simple instructions. Everything for testing was provided, right down to the postage-paid mailer. It was completely confidential. The only thing I didn't like was going through the numerous menus when you call to give them your code number at the start of the test, but it does contain some useful information. It Quit Working After One Year's Use...
I bought this scale and it quit working after one year.

Now, it states 384.10 lbs. for anyone who tries to use it. (the scale is supposed to go only to 380 lbs. Disappointing.)

I liked how it could track weight-loss/gain progress for two different people and how it informed the users if they were leaning in any direction while standing on it. Large display numbers.

When the scale was working, it was slow to start itself up. I'd tap on it to start it up and would wait 10 seconds before it would allow me to step on.

Did not work
My scale never worked as promised.I was not able to set my start weight or goal weight.I finally gave up.After having the scale for six months all I get when I try the scale is an error message.Save your money.

Neato!
We've had it since Friday and I have been going to meetings at Weight Watchers.I compared my weigh ins, of course there is a slight difference because I weighed myself at home at 7:30 in the morning and went to a meeting at 12PM...but I have found it to be quite accurate and I love the way it tracks the weight.

It was a little difficult at first to understand the directions for how to get started...I had to try it 3-4 times.But now that it's set up, it's great!I love that it tracks 2 people and gives the deltas between your start weight, current weight and last weight; then finally gives you how many more pounds until your goal weight.However, the question I have is, how does it know how tall you are in order to calculate your goal weight?

Couldn't work without them
I have been using handeze gloves for 6-7 years. I have tendonitis and I also have a job that requires me to work at the computer all day. I would not be able to type for more than a few minutes if it were not for these gloves. These gloves do not restrict movement like so many of the other gloves on the market, so they are much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time, they are most comfortable when worn inside out however because of the seams.

This does not work for tendonitis.
The folks who use this item does not have tendonitis. It is no more help than wear a pair of underware on my hands. The other splints I have worn are so cumbersome, I thought these would be more comfortable. More comfortable, but no support and no help for my thumbs.

handeze really works!
I've been using these gloves for about 5 years and I can't go without them!I work all day at the computer, and my fingers start getting a little tingly/painful after 20 minutes if i don't use the handeze.With the gloves, though, i can go all day.I guess they improve the circulation a lot.I've never used any other brand, so I can't compare, but I highly recommend handeze.

Use a keyboard or play video games?Then you need these!
I have tendonitis in both hands (been tested for CT, negative so far), and I spend a lot a time on the keyboard-either at work, or on the PC at home.I also play a lot of video games.Before I found these gloves, I would be in constant discomfort doing any of the above.I had those stiff braces that they give everyone with hand problems, but I found them too bulky and stiff for everyday use.I tried these a pair of the Handeze on a whim, and it was almost unreal-my discomfort effectively vanished.I was able to type at work and play games at home for extended periods.Now they're not a panacea-I still use a wristpad on my keyboard & mouse and I exercise my hands for short breaks-but they do work as advertised.Since they leave my fingers and thumbs uncovered, I have no problems holding game controllers and joysticks.A pair of these last me about four to five months on average-I'm on my fifth pair and I've been using this product for two years now.I also have several co-workers that started using them after I introduced them to the gloves.Whaddaya have to lose? ... Tips for best results
Hi,

When I purchased this item and tested it the first time - I cursed my luck that the scale was not measuring right and thought that I should've followed the reviews giving negative feedback about this...

However - I tried exploring the scale to understand the mechanism of conversion of gravity to electronic information and then I realized that due to uneven surface of the floor - it was giving incorrect readings...

So one important tip while using this scale is:

USE IT ON A FLAT SURFACE (avoid carpets, cemented areas...)

Great Scale - My version anyway
I have a strong feeling that they changed the model.I purchased this scale almost a year ago and it's still going strong.I did however purchase the same scale for my sister in-law and she had complaints about it fluctuating between a pound or two, although I am not sure why she's weighing herself every other minute.The one I got is flat surface, the one she got has a button right under the display and maybe that has something to do with it. I am happy with my purchase.

I loved that this scaled was nice and thin and would fit anywhere in my bathroom, i loved the price as well which is why i bought it about 2 weeks ago.i have tried weighing in each day only to find that i have NO IDEA what i currently weigh since each day the number can change from 2 pounds to (not kidding) 20 pounds in difference.The other day i weighed in at 170 in the morning and i tried to weigh in again at night, i was weighing 150.....please.This product is definitely not reliable and a waste of money.

Precise but not repeatable
What good it is knowing your weight to .5lb when weighing yourself twice in two minutes gives weights that are 2-3 lbs different?I don't have _this_ scale but I have a pricier WW scale that is next to worthless because I can't get consistent weights off of it.How can I know if I'm gaining or losing weight day to day or week to week if it gives me erratic readings minute to minute?

This device seems to help alleviate pain during exercise. Typical of neoprene appliances, it stretched somewhat; this leads to the velcro overlapping such that not all surfaces contacted for full hold, but it still stays on. Perhaps ordering a size smaller than is recommended might compensate for this. I noticed while hiking in territory with lots of debris at knee level that it tended to get undone and pull off; might require a wrap of some type over it. When first opening the package it was a little shocking to see that the socks were so large. They go pretty high on my calves. When trying them on it feels weird. But in the end I didn't feel anything different. They feel like normal dress socks except for how high they go. They don't have any advantage over any other socks in my opinion.
