Great for camping and touchups, too
I have really, really long hair, but short bangs, and prefer not to wash the whole dang set every single day. This product is wonderful for "washing" my bangs on off-days. It's also wonderful stuff for camping or backpacking (or travelling to places where you're not sure you'll have as frequent access to a bath as you'd like).

I agree with the earlier, lukewarm review that notes it's not easy to use on long hair - though it will work if you use enough (you have really pour it on, really douse yourself).Generally speaking, you don't get as squeaky or shiny a clean as you're probably used to with normal shampoo; on the plus side, it has a lovely conditioning effect.

It's helpful to have a small towel (or at least a washcloth) handy, to mop it up before it runs in your eyes, and to rub out the stuff overall once the lather has died down. It's not thick and goopy like normal shampoo, but runny; more the consistency of old-fashioned setting lotion. (If you're too young to know what that's like, think of Jello before you set it in the fridge, or maybe a rich hot chocolate without marshmallows.)

Pleasant - not overwhelming - smell, too.

My granddaughter was very sick with the flu, and this turned into a godsend. These packages of 10 washcloths, where you can put the whole package in the microwave to heat and then use them as a bed bath, are excellent. I never knew a product such as this was available or I would've been using it regularly in taking care of my mother in the months before her death last year...excellent product to take to the gym also for after those workouts.

I think this is a great product but ...
I think this is a great product but I think its scope could be broadened. Sure it's great for someone who's bedridden, or someone who's just had surgery and can't get immersed in water (i.e., shower or bathe). But, there's another whole line of users -- the traveler. Whether you take the occasional trip to Europe, Hawaii, or long business trips, this is ideal. Rather than getting off the plane and being cranky until you can shower, you can REALLY freshen up on the plane. I'll use it!!

This product is absolutely wonderful for the person of limited physical capabilities. The cloths are very durable and hold up very well. They're sensational when you warm them up. I've never used a product like this before and would definitely recommend them to anyone who provides care for a person who cannot bathe themselves. The scent is very nice. They clean just as well as a regular washcloth.

The Comfort Bath system worked really well. I used it while camping. Although this isn't what the product was intended for, it came in very handy. It was so convenient to have something like this while traveling. The other thing I didn't like was their smell. It was a little strong and definitely reminded me of a hospital. People who use this for what it's intended may be put off by the odor, that's the last thing I'd want to smell. Overall, I think the product worked very well, but the scent could be improved.

The No Rinse Cleansing & Deodorizing bathing wipes work very well
.They are a large size, do clean and deodorize your skin with no
irritation, and are easy to tote along on a visit or put discretely in your bathroom.I did not microwave them but used them cold and they worked very well.The wipes do not drip but hold the cleansing stuff while feeling soft and good on my skin.

I used the Comfort Bath Cleansing System on my three-year-old daughter during a slight illness. I thought the scent was pleasant, but she didn't. It was convenient to have a prepared product for cleaning, but for the price I'd probably just do it the old-fashioned way. I'd probably recommend this product to anyone who required in-home health care, but in so far as just to have it hanging around the house -- no.

This product has so many uses. We used it on my daughter when she had the flu and couldn't take a shower. I liked the smell, and that I could warm it up. We thought about taking some with us when we go camping this spring. However, I think the package should be a little more sealed when not in use, like a Ziploc type.

I do not recommend this product. I warmed the product in the microwave as suggested, and almost gave myself a steam burn. The washcloths are MUCH thicker and sturdier than even premium baby wipes, and two could probably do most of a child's or small woman's body. I might use these when hiking or in other situations where I'd be away from washing water for a while. I think they were designed for nursing home use -- a regular washcloth would be much more practical and inexpensive for at-home use. I'll stick to baby wipes or a wet cloth in a Ziploc for trips away from home.
