A Real Lifesaver

Having Crohn's Disease, Ensure has been a part of my life for a very long time. Ensure Plus is a real pleasure for those of us suffering with any type of chronic wasting disease.

It's smooth, creamy and has very little aftertaste. Packed with essential fats and vitamins, it packs a powerful nutritional punch, in a small container. I've used Ensure Plus for my underweight pre-teen, adding ice cream, and flavorings to it, and whirring it in the blender.

I highly recommend this product for anyone who is experiencing prolonged illness or even severe stomach viruses. It can help sustain your body's balance during times when you are very ill. All the flavors are great, especially served well chilled.

What's not to like?Great taste, high vitamin content, lactose free!

For those who need to gain weight, this product is ideal. I myself am not a fan of high-density caloric drinks for the general population.If you are in good health and just want a great dietary suppliment, get regular Ensure instead.

This product is great for people with diabetes, heart problems, and many other maladies because it helps you improve your dietary health first.

I must also say, the taste is surprisingly good as well.I find these drinks far superior to Slim-Fast lactose free, as they are lighter and easier on the stomach than Slim-Fast.

While I prefer the bottles to the cans (they are more recycling friendly after all) this is a great product that is worth a try.

For those who don't need to gain weight, try regular Ensure instead.

1 TBSP Honey

Hard to swallow
I bought this product because I wanted to detox my system. I can't say anything about the purity of the ingredients - I just have to trust the makers, but I will say that it's getting tougher every day to drink this stuff. I just keep imagining I'm drinking lake water. But it does make me feel good, and I think my skin has cleared up a fair amount since I've been taking it (for about a month). A horse is a horse....this isn't Mr. Ed.
It's a multivitamin. It didn't cause any weight loss with me...only an upset tummy when I took it w/o food.

I've been taking it for 18 months
i have been taking this vitamin for over 18 months now. I took this and weight watchers together and lost 36 lbs from 02/03 until 08/03. I do get an energy boost from this vitamon, and when I run out of it, I can tell the difference from missing it just one day. I have to take it with food or I will get sick, but it states on the package to take with food.What works for me may not work for the next person though.

Its Definitely Helped Me
I started taking this about a week or so ago and I definitely lost weight from it. I'm only 17 though so it probably works better for me because I still have a fast metabolism. But I also think it just depends on your body chemistry. It might work for someone else but maybe not you.

You have to sacrifice something!!
I've been taking this product for over a year now.I started when I joined Weight Watchers.I successfully lost over 20 lbs using this product, exercising, and following the Weight Watchers program.The things I noticed is "sleepless nights" - especially if it is taken late in the day. I have to allow my body time to exercise and burn the metabolism down before bedtime.Also, "nausea stomach" if taken on an empty stomach.Otherwise, I believe it does what it promises to do.I guess you have to sacrifice somewhere or something!!!

Not much has changed
I have been using this product for over two weeks now and I feel no change in my energy, metabolism or weight.However, everyone taking this product must realize that it isn't a miracle pill...and things that claim to be will most likely kill you in the long run anyways.Just keep in mind that it is a multi-vitamin so you are getting something good out of it, but most especially...all us lazy people really need to work out and stop wishing for a miracle...it's so upsetting! ... I love it!
OK, now for something short and sweet. When my lover places this oil on me, its wonderfully nutty/musky odor permeates the room. I cannot describe the smell, but can only say that I love it. Indeed, I love this oil so much that the smell has become something of an aphrodisiac for me! I love the feel of the oil on my skin, and have found that it has a great moisturizing effect, working better than just about any moisturized I have used. Maintaining
This is an awsome foot bath! I am a nail tech and I give sevralpedicures a day. This foot bath is one of the best at maintaining the water temprature. The key word is maintaining! Of course you have to put your disired water temprature in the foot bath first. So, if you know to do that this bath will please you.

Loved spa-hated remote control
I loved the spa when I could get it to work.This foot bath can ONLY be operated using the remote control, therefore if the remote goes so goes your foot bath.I could not get the spa to turn on again if I wanted to use it more than once a day.I turned it on for about 10 minutes then had to run an errand.The machine would not turn on again until the next day!!

Not what I expected
I am 6 months pregnant and was in real need of a good warm foot massager.It had all the features but they don't live up to what I thought they would be.The removeable foot rollers are too big and painful as someone else mentioned, I just take them out.The bubbles do splash water all over the floor.There is a feature that says it will maintain the temp. of the water, but it doesn't, it gets cold quick.The manicure massager is ok, but it is in an awkward place.The vibration and the bubbles are nice but that's about it.Also, there should be a selection for bubbles only (without vibration).And there is NO fill line as the directions say!

Not bad
It's nice to have a foot spa, but there were a few surprises.This biggest problem is that the "water jet" function, which does indeed feel good, splashes water everywhere.You need to line your chair and the floor for several feet away to keep things dry!Secondly, though the manual refers to a fill line, there isn't one. You have no idea how much water to put in this thing.I've tried lots of levels (nothing gets rid of the horrible splashing with water jets) and have one that works reasonably well, but there was a lot of trial and error involved.Lots of water on the floor too!
Also, the removable rollers are far too large and painful to do any good.Fortunately they are removable. Maybe on a very large foot they'd be okay, but not on a size 8.Ouch!And the "all-purpose" massager is totally useless.The other attachments work fine, but aren't worth extra cost -- you have to twist your foot around on top, and that's somewhat difficult.(Once I figured it out, it wasn't so bad, but it's difficult to rub the side of my toe).
The heat doesn't maintain the water temperature at all,it quickly drops.Start with the water hot and enjoy your ten minutes, that's all.

It Works!
I bought this product for my 18 year old son after my husband had success with the Loma Lux for eczema. My son took it for 2 months and although his acne has not totally disappeared, the results were pretty dramatic. I felt good about the fact that this is totally safe and natural with no side effects like you might have with the prescription acne medication. I can't say for sure that it will work for everyone but if you have a teenager with an acne problem you should give a try.
