Hard to use.
As a heart rate monitor this makes for a great watch.First of all you have to have both hands free for it to take your pulse. That limits your exercise too running or walking. Second it says in the manual that any sudden movements will make for an inaccurate reading. (I don't dispute its accuracy) The bottom line: While I find a strap uncomfortable it at least gives me a reading every time I look at it, this product requires that I press a button for 15 to 20 seconds to get a reading, making it too hard to use. ...
