This product gave me back my life.
This product gave me back my life. I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder which means that wintertime with its short time of sunlight makes me depressed. I had taken anothertime-release German brand before but the U.S. distributor dropped it. Then I went to regular St. John's wort. What a pain! 1-2 capsules 3 times a day! Most of the time, I would forget to take one dose each day which meant that I wasn't getting an effective dosage. This product is so easy to use with once a day dosing. However, if you haven't been taking St. John's wort previously, you need to give it about a month to start being effective; even prescription anti-depressants take at least 3 weeks. (I'm married to a pharmacist who knows these things.)

The only difference between this product and some others I've used is that the Nature's Resource didn't upset my stomach. It was also nice having to take it just once a day...easier to get a full dose. I'd recommend it to others.

I've noticed no changes in my ""emotional well-being"" since I started taking Nature's Resource Time Release St. John's Wort Capsules. I wouldn't recommend this product. I did, however, like the time-released aspect of this product. It's much easier to remember to take it once per day than several times throughout the day.

Helps you go poop
Sometimes I get really constipated and can't find the right laxative. My friend Andrew told me about Konsyl and said when he was constipated it really helped him use the toilet. The best thing about Konsyl is that it goes down easily and you can put it in your breakfast or something. One time my dog took it and she had the runs for a week, which shows how effective it is. So if you are ever horribly, painfully constipated, get Konsyl Natural Fiber Laxative.

Awesome product
Konsyl is a great product for constipation and for adding fiber to the diet. I take it on a daily basis with juice. I have also tried it with iced tea, milk and milk shakes. The best way to mix it is to SHAKE it. The company sends free shaker cups for that. Some people I know, like to sprinkle it on their cereal or add it in gravy. The best thing I like about Konsyl is that it has only 3 CALORIES and ZERO NET CARBS!!! Cant go wrong with that.

My Dad takes it to control his blood sugar level. He has Type 2 diabetes. Konsyl has helped a lot with keep the sugar level at an acceptable level.

Great product!
This is a great product to get extra fiber in your diet (and who doesn't these days?). Konsyl is pure fiber -- no sugar, sugar substitute, fillers, flavoring, etc. The flavor of the product is mild and pleasant, with a bit of a nutty taste. There is no clumping of the fibers in the bottle. It mixes well if mixed quickly after being added to a liquid. If it sits too long, or added to a container first and with the liquid added on top of the Konsyl, it may clump up.

My Only Choice For A Supplement
Why continue tasting all the canisters at the health food store when you find one you really like? That's my question.

Spiru-Tein is perfect - smooth and tasty. One scoop in a glass, mixed with milk (my preference) and a little hand whisk and voila, instant 'milkshake'. Mix well, though, because if you don't it may be left with some floating lumps of powder at the top.

I buy the vanilla (although this comes in a multitude of excellent flavors) because I like to add my own flavoring. One day I may put some cherry juice in it, another day perhaps some blueberry or strawberry flavoring. Yummy.

Spiru-Tein satisfies the hunger and takes the edge off the appetite. A perfect snack or in-between meal or even breakfast or lunch, itself.

Sometimes when I have company I offer them a 'milkshake' and they always love it. Easy to store - no refrigeration. Caffeine Pill in Hiding
I started taking these pills three days ago.While they were not what I wanted (I wanted just green tea pills, not a mixature), I decided to give them a try.After three restless nights I traced it back to these pills.Each pill has 200 mg of caffeine.And by following the directions, which state to take one pill mid morning followed by a pill and a glass of water. 4 1/2* Way Better Than Their "Crunchy Peanut Butter" Flavor
Main Points:
Much better then their "Nutrition" line peanut butter bar, the "regular" chocolate brownie bar has a rich flavor and a chewy, slightly nutty, substantial texture.Unfortunately, there is an aftertaste that belies the initial flavor jolt, and-once tasted-it becomes more prominent. There's a raisiny, plum-y sort of taste (which may come from the figs inside) that threatens the chocolate integrity. Overall, however, it's quite tasty, filling, and eminently portable.

Ingredients:
Clif Bars feature organic, healthy ingredients, heavy on soy products. The ingredients include (as listed) organic brown rice syrup, organic rolled oats, "Clifpro" (a blend of soy protein isolate, rice flour, malt extract, organic roasted soybeans, organic soy flour), organic evaporated cane sugar, chocolate chips, fig paste, organic soy butter, cocoa, organic milled flaxseed, chicory, sea salt, Dutch cocoa, other natural flavors, and a pharmacopoeia of vitamins and minerals.

Nutrition:
Analysis of a 68-gram bar reveals the following:

Calories 240; Calories from Fat, 40; Total Fat, 4.5 grams; Saturated Fat, 1.5 g; Protein, 10 g; Dietary Fiber, 5g; Insoluble Fiber, 4g; Sugars, 20g; and Total Carbohydrates, 45g; and Sodium, 150mg. (This is basically comparable to the horrendous tasting Nutrition Crunchy Peanut Butter Bar mentioned above.)
