If you have joint problems, nota bene.
Gelatin becomes collagen which becomes cartilage which becomes tendons and ligaments and bones, ipso facto.I am 70, about 40 lbs overweight, ride a bike a good deal, have never had joint problems. Copious gelatin has been in my diet for 25 years or more. If you don't have a taste for beef tendons (available in Chinatown) pig, cow, calf or goat feet (I like 'em all--cook overnight on low flame, chill and discard fat that rises to the top) you should look into Knox Nutrajoint--really. Extremely useful results can be expected.** Also, eat diet Jello routinely for desert-- ideally, in addition to, not instead of. I also highly recommend specifically Cosamin DS brand of glucosamine/chondroitin--available through Amazon.com at a very fair price,comparatively.
**Give Knox Nutrajoint and Cosamine DS a few months trial and hopefully your joint problems will either disappear or very significantly improve.
