Overpowering taste in smaller doses
The ads for Listerine Cool Mint mouthwash strips push two ideas:it's effective at improving your breath, and it takes guts to use the product as long as it should be used.The taste is good but overpowering, and almost makes my eyes water.The mouthwash strips seem effective with my breath, and are easier to handle than a jolt of the liquid version, but they are still hard to take.

When in search of fresher breath and less offense,
Listerine's efficacy needs no defense;
but the orange/citrus flavor might well be better,
for those of us to whom taste does metter.

Great for freshening up breath and killing nasty germs
Because I have a couple crowns and a couple more cavity fillings, I cannot chew gum, so I rely on these dissolvable mouthwash/breath fresheners.Some people worry about swallowing what amounts to a small amount of mouthwash, but I've been using these for years and haven't had any visible health issues with them yet.I highly recommend these for keeping your breath fresh and killing bad germs after you eat.It can even hide your garlic breath!(Oh, I do love garlic.):) ... I once put a whole container in my mouth at once....
...and you know it didn't hurt that much.You see if you put to many in your mouth the full effect of the strip is diminished (and your left with a glob of strips that doesn't fully disolve).For my money I'd put one in my mouth and then quickly put in a second strip, once the first is all disolved. I would continue til the entire package was finished.That would be awesome, and hurt a lot.Aww Yeah!!!

Cinnaminaminy!!
These are the breath-freshener of choice for one of us at home. The flavor is sweet-cinnamon, a bit hot but not unpleasant. Almost like a candy redhot. If you don't like mint or mouthwash, these may float your boat. The tin is cute, and tiny enough to stash in a cummerbund, watch pocket, even (hmm!) your bra.

Curious to see how well these stacked up to Listerine® Pocket Paks™, I decided to give the cinnamon-flavored Altoids® strips-- my fave Altoid flave-- a shot. While I liked the sliding metal mini-tin the strips came in, and I found the strips' flavor to be an almost exact match to that of regular cinnamon Altoids, I'm gonna stick with the Listerine Pocket Paks for those moments when I need a super-convenient breath freshener. For one thing, I wasn't too keen on the strips' almost paper-like texture; fortunately, this problem is moot after a few seconds. And being someone who likes to savor the flavor of Altoids lozenges, a tiny quick-dissolving cinnamon sheet just ain't got the kinda longevity I prefer. Finally, at almost three bucks a crack for a puny little mini-tin, Altoids Strips can't quite compete with Listerine's strips or the regular Altoids lozenges when it comes to overall value.

Silky Altoids Strips
If you love Altoids but want to freshen your breath super fast, these silky little Altoids strips are perfect. Not only do they fit in tiny purses for an evening out on the town, they could even be carried in a small wallet or tiny pocket. The tin is just tiny and contains 32 breath strips.

I love the way the little tin snaps shut and how easy it is to remove the ultra thin strips.
