Dermanator is just the thing if you have skin that breaks out periodically with those dry red patches that oftentimes accompany stressful lives.The salve is soft and creamy--not like some of those murky medicinal products that smell so bad--and I wake up with softer, less patchy skin overnight.It is also a great oppressor of cold sores and I have had much greater success at keeping the cold sores from ever really developing than I have had with regular drug store products.
