Take the $ 2.99 and buy a couple packs of gum!It would be more effective than this "Tongue Scraper".All it's good for, is massaging your tongue.Absolutely the worst I have ever used.The person who brought this bad boy to market, should be slapped.

The edge of the scraper is too dull, and does a bad job scrap up the goo off the tougne...

I've been reading about tongue scrapers for what seems like years. So? Did I ever buy one? Well, finally I did because it seems there is a link between COPD (Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the fourth leading cause of death in America) and a unhealthy mouth.

In fact, COPD is a group of lung conditions (including chronic bronchitis) characterized by inflammation of the bronchial airways.

Wow, I can't believe I just found this product!
I have always used my brush to clean my tongue, which seemed to work fine.When I received one of these BreathRx scrapers from my dentist, I was sceptical at first that it would perform any better than my brush.I quickly found it to be the best dental hygene product since mouthwash!I will never be without one now!I can't say enough good things about this product.It covers the entire tongue per scrape, so takes much less time and gets so much more debris off your tongue than a brush can.Brilliant.

Simply the BEST!
I have owned this little gadget for at least 8 years---still do!I have bragged about it for so long I ordered two more for gifts in April 05.I "froogled" for best price, but amazon.com tops them all, so forget trying to top amazon price.Besides that it is free shipping for two.They arrived in four days even with free shipping. I was astounded.Whoever wrote the first review which is negative either didn't use the device or has no patience---nothing personal.Dental and oral hygiene is everything and is proving to be very important to prevention of all kinds of infections---not merely bad breath.Besides, for 13 bucks and a AAA battery, you aren't going to smell like something out of "Deliverance". best hygiene device ever made
I'm sorry for for the person that wrote the other reveiw on the oralgiene, but he is dead wrong the only thing that is bad about this device is that the back cap were the battery goes in should of been better manufactored, other wise this thing rocks but @ $20 or lower you can not beat this thing, I found this thing somehow on the internet or airplane magazine not sure which but bought it, about 5 years ago, when mine broke I almost had a panic attack, this thing works, like nothing else and there is no gaging effect, which is kind of weird, but this thing takes so much plague and bacteria off your toungue its kind of grose, and you woundn't even think you had that much in your mouth, in my opinion there nothing out there that could ever get rid of that much plague and bacteria, thank god I found another one and to the maker thanks, Chris
