The HoMedics facial cleanser and pore refiner rounds out your regular routine with deep cleaning attachments and refreshing mist spray. Rechargeable for convenient use at the sink or vanity, the cleanser’s base features a comfortable nonslip grip and simple soft-touch power buttons. The included five attachments clip into place easily. Three of the attachments spin--a cleansing brush for gentle exfoliation, a massage roller for toning, and a cleansing sponge to smooth skin texture. The large and small pore refiners--basically two gentle suction cups--work in combination with the facial mist to clean, refine, and tighten pores. A storage unit for the entire ensemble would have been a nice touch, but the kit does come with a case for the attachments. HoMedics also includes power indicator lights and a cleaning brush for maintenance. --Emily Bedard ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Very reliable & easy to use product
I was very skeptical about trying this product based on reviews from various sites on the web. I decided to take a chance with it & I'm glad I did because I think it works wonderfully & it does what it says! Not only does it make your skin feel clean, fresh, & rejuvenated but it also makes a difference in the appearance as well. I first thought the suction cups were a joke, until I decided to leave it in the spot I was working on for about 2-3 seconds and then I noticed it was actually working. There was plenty of suction and it does remove dirt & oil. As a matter of fact, the suction was so strong that it didn't let go of my skin right away & I almost panicked! I'm totally pleased with the results from this product and I enjoy using it!

4-0 out of 5 stars Overall, an excellent product, an excellent price!
I have only had this product for a very short time.I am very pleased with it!I have already given myself two facials.

I followed the directions in the instruction manual and recommend everyone who purchases this item, do the same.

First, read the manual and note, let the unit charge for 16 hours prior to first use. Also, keep the unit in the charger at all times when not in use.You should have few if any problems with the unit if you follow these simple instructions.Ok ...

The attachments are excellent.I enjoy them all!

The cleaning brush is great, just don't over use it.Also, start off on low with each attachment.Don't rush the results, otherwise it might leave your face raw.I like to use Neutrogena 'Visibly Even' foaming cleanser (or Proactiv).

The sponge feels so good!Use it with your favorite lotion. It gently buffs and sooths your skin.I like to use Neutrogena 'Visibly Even' moisturizer during the day and Olay 'Regenerist' at night (or Proactiv).

The massage roller is my favorite! It is great to use with your favorite toner.I also like to use it after an intense moisturizer.I recommend the same products mentioned above.I always use this attachment with my Proactiv toner.

The two pore refiner attachments aka the suction cups are fun.Although they are my least favorite (of all the attachments) they still make good use of themselves.I like to use a mild toner and quickly dab at my face with the suction.I find the results minimal, but it feels very good.

I didn't have any irritation after the use of this product.I took special care to be gentle.I took it slow and used trusted products.I can only recommend you do the same.

For the value alone ($price) I highly recommend you try this product!

4-0 out of 5 stars Works Wonderfully! I think everyone else is mistaken.
I'm prone to breakouts and my mom got this for my b-day. It works wonderfully! The microdermalbrasion cream really evens skin tone and softens. The suction cup works just fine for me! If you leave it on too long it leaves a red mark, unfortunately. I had a spa day with my daughter and we loved it (I didn't let her do the microdermalbrasion though)! The others must have gotten a lemon. I LOVE my spa (especially the cool mist afterwards!!!).

4-0 out of 5 stars Can't afford the spa?
I got this a few weeks ago and have used it about once a week. The kit has five different attachments.I'm not sure how useful the two suction ones are...But, not being able to afford the spa for microdermabrasion, Im really happy I got this.
Even after the first time, I noticed how smooth my skin was although it doesn't stay that way for more than two days until you've used it for some time.
There is a small tube of microdermabrasion cream to use with one of the attachments. It's not like the spa definitely where you come out glowing like those beautiful pregnant ladies.
But, texture is better for me now and i'm starting to even out a little better so eventually lose the foundation hopefully.
Good luck with your skin care! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Wahl has a winner!
I have had several trimmers this one is the best so far. It's six-position beard regulator works pretty well and attaches. The six positions go from a long comb to allow longer beards to a very short to keep contours close. Of course, if you remove the attachment you can use it to trim up a mustache. The Groomsman has a soft gripping surface for a non slip grip. It comes with a travel bag kit, brushes and oil. If you like your facial hair to be well groomed and not spend a lot of time messing around with attachements, this unit is for you. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Not as great as I thought...
These are clumsy....I agree with Keith, in the review above. My hubby has a big neck (from football physique) and these are not comfortable for him. I would still like the magnetic front closure, but it would be nice if the back, that goes around your neck, were a bit more flexible.
As it is now, I have to unconnect these so many times, it's irritating. They don't just slide off, like on a chain of rope. You have to pull them apart and connect them around your neck. Then pull them apart and re-adjust them on the bridge of your nose. I know this sounds petty, or silly, but until you wear them, it's hard to explain. You can't just 'flick' them off...they are wrapped around your head. I think you will either love or hate this feature.
Also, I would prefer that the magnifying lenses be like half-lenses so if I have to get up and walk around, or look at something in the distance, I could just look over the tops of the lenses.
Maybe it's all in what you're used to...but I won't buy another pair until there are some changes in the design.

5-0 out of 5 stars They work.
I've gone through so many reading glasses.Metal ones break.See-Folds (plastic "double" folders) were great, but they went out of business.Other plastic models also broke."Blues Brothers" (heavy plastic) were durable, but lost.

I'm buying nothing but CliCs now - and Amazon has a great price. They're durable.I have a big head (8.0) and they are a touch tight, but now that I've learned to look for them around my neck, they're never lost! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Slick
Cartridges are Cartridges. However I have had a few blades that I swear the blade went before the beard. Others being marginal my wife made me use to dull down so she could use them.
These animals just do not dull. Gillette must count on the volume of users because Gillette would starve to death waiting for me to use enough to make production worth while. And I use shaving soap just to mark the area covered as there is already some sort of slick lubricating strip on the cartridge; with out this strip I would not know when to toss the Cartridges out.
There is enough space between blades to allow for easy cleaning. One can almost look forward to shaving.
Even though they seem to last for ever I would not want to be caught at the last minute with out a replacement.

5-0 out of 5 stars The Only One to Buy!
This is the only blade I'm allowed to buy for my husband. He normally has to shave at least twice daily but these blades allow him to go all day without the second shave. They don't tear up his face in the process either, but get it so close that he doesn't have to worry about rushing home to shave again.A truly great product and well worth the price. It's great for ladies too!

4-0 out of 5 stars So close to perfect.
I'm still looking for the perfect razor. The Mach3 Turbo comes close, though. I've been using it daily (or nearly so) since its debut. It works, and it gets the job done. It rarely nicks me, but I do still get skin irritation. Down under my jawline, I still feel scraggly by the end of the day, but it's not too bad.

I know this sounds like a bad review, but it really isn't. I mean, it's tough to get excited about shaving, but at least the Mach3 Turbo has me shaving every day,if you want to shave with a blade, this is the blade for you.

4-0 out of 5 stars Mowin' the five-o'clock shadow
There was a time when I couldn't stand shaving my face. No matter what type of instrument I used-- single- and double-bladers, Norelco™s, EpiLady™-- after the act I usually found myself annoyed by skin irritation, razor burn, and nicks that took forever to stop bleeding. But when I tried the Mach 3™, which changed the dreaded shaving ritual from a bothersome, dreadful task into... well, a less-bothersome, tolerable task. I got closer and cleaner shaves with fewer strokes than I did with previous depilatory implements, and my face didn't sting quite after the deed had been performed. I also experienced fewer nicks and cuts, helping to keep my styptic pencil bills down. Unfortunately, the max number of shaves I could ever get out of a single Mach 3™ V 1.0 cartridge was six before the dullness set in (partially due to my coarse facial hair) and the lube strip began to poop out.

I was surprised by how well Gillette managed to improve on most of the Mach 3™'s designs with the release of the Mach 3 Turbo™. Now it takes even fewer passes to get them cheeks & chin baby-bottom bare, and I've managed to make the average Turbo cartridge last through eight shaves. And thanks to the apparently-improved lube strip and that little face-stretcher thingy on the bottom part of the tri-blade, my face only feels a light sting in a stiff wind after a shave. Another great surprise: I didn't have to buy a new kit for the Turbo cartridges-- they snap right onto my original Mach 3™ razor handle, no sweat!

Thanks to the Gillette® Mach 3 Turbo™, that semi-weekly shaving ritual I once dreaded has gone from a less-bothersome, tolerable task to... an even-less-bothersome and even-more tolerable task! Boy, if Gillette™ keeps improving on this product, I might one day actually find myself enjoying the act of mowin' the five-o'clock shadow!

4-0 out of 5 stars Pretty Good curls for fine hair
I have very fine lair and a lot of it.My hair is a little below my shoulder and these curlers really do the trick.I only have to leave them in for about a minute or two for some nice waves. The set is small and it comes with 2 sets of clips - one for the big rollers and one for the small.Great size for travel, can squeeze into a suitcase and seem like it's not there.

The only issue is sometimes the clips leave a dent in your hair, so make sure you have a second after you take them out to adjust or undo the dent (looks like a tiny crimp horizontally).Overall, for the price, size and ease, I would definitely recommend it.

3-0 out of 5 stars In regards to Jennifer's review
I simply wanted to coment on the review given by Jennifer. She complains that instead of the pictured set she recieved a pink and black set.Um, Jennifer, the picture IS a pink and black set.You said something about looking for a blue set so you bought this one.I'm not sure where you're logic is, perhaps you put your coment on the wrong page.I don't think Amazon is misleading at all, I think you simply made mistake.

2-0 out of 5 stars The set that is sent is not the set shown in the picture
The curlers that they send is not the set shown in the picture. I have been looking for the blue set with the clips shown , but that is not what you get when you order this product. You get a black and pink set that has different horrible white clips.I was very dissappointed. I already own this set and do not like it at all. I thought I was ordering the set shown in the picture. Amazon has been very misleading.

5-0 out of 5 stars Little Rollers/Big Curl
These little rollers are amazing. The "Large" and "Extra Large" are generous terms. At first I thought they would not work for me--I have long hair. The rollers are very small and compact and pack easily. They also deliver great curls, mine lasted 2 days and were nicer than the large set of
rollers I use at home.

2-0 out of 5 stars Frustrating But Useful
If you are looking for a small travel set, this is about the most compact I have been able to find.I like the small size of this set but I find it is frustrating to use because the rollers are so heavy - the weight of the rollers makes it difficult to keep the rollers in my hair and they often fall out. Also, the metal pins that hold the rollers on also get loose which again, causes the rollers to fall out of your hair.I phoned the manufacturer when I purchased this set to ask why on earth they had made the rollers so heavy.I was told the heating elements are in each of the individual curlers (!) and this is how they can make the unit so small (there is no heating element on the bottom of the set - it is instead inside each roller.)Be forewarned, if your hair is too short, the curlers will not stay in because of their weight.I had a shorter haircut once, and there was no way I could use this roller set - the curlers would absolutely not stay in!I compare this set to an old set of Clairol hot rollers I have that is the greatest. The Clairol hot roller set has very lightweight flocked rollers with a plastic band around each end that sits up and stays cool to the touch.Because the stay cool end band sits up, it's very easy to keep your fingers away from the hot part of the roller. It's easy to touch the hot part of the Remington blue rollers which is not much fun - it gets very hot and burns your fingers.Back to the Clairol rollers - they are very easy to use and stay in, but the set I have is a set of 18 which is way too big for travel.Clairol had the best rollers.Another neat thing about the Clairol set was, you could have small, medium, or large rollers and they all fit on the same heating pin. Some other manufacturers sets would come with certain size rollers that you could not change, for instance, they'd have 6 medium and 6 jumbo rollers and you have no option to change it.With the Clairol set, you could order any size rollers you wanted so if you wanted all small, or more jumbo or any combo you wanted, you could have it.If any manufacturers are reading this review, P-L-E-A-S-E produce a 6 or 8 travel flocked roller set like the old Clairol sets. They would sell like hotcakes! The Remington is the best I could find for now, so go for it if you have long (at least shoulder length) hair and can stand a little frustration with trying to keep the rollers in!!! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars SOLID PRODUCT, GREAT PRICE!
My old norelco trimmer just gave out on me, after 8 years.
I've had the t765 for about a month now, and I'm very happy
with it. It trims my beard and stash effortlessly, and a single
charge lasts very long. This model is a little smaller than my
last trimmer, it's very light, and fits comfortably in my hand.
If the t765 lasts half as long as my old trimmer, I'll be happy!
For $20.00 you can't beat this norelco trimmer!

3-0 out of 5 stars Too Big
When i ordered this as a moustache trimmer. I was hoping it would be sleek enough to maneuver around my moustache, but it turned out to be quite bulky. I like the option to change sizes(up to 9), which is very convenient, you also have a comb that moves with your face contour unlike the fixed combs seen on other models. Overall a decent buy for its price, if you are using it for your beard, but not worth it if you intend to use it only for your moustache... ... Read more

Small and round for maneuverability inside the mouth, the brush heads on this electric toothbrush pulsate in and out while also rapidly oscillating to scrub away plaque from between teeth and along gum lines better than ordinary toothbrushes. Two sets of extra-long bristles on the brush heads' sides clean deep between teeth, and soft, rounded middle bristles do their work gently and safely without the need for firm pressing. After two minutes, a pulsing signal indicates that you've reached the recommended brushing time, which encourages children to continue brushing until the signal. This model comes with a recharging stand that has a brush head storage compartment and three brush heads with removable color-coded rings; place the stand on the counter or mount it on the wall (screws are included). After up to one year of use, Braun offers a full-refund guarantee if you're not completely satisfied. The handle carries a one-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Excellent Product!
I'm prone to gum problems - the Braun has greatly assisted in controlling the problem, doing a great job even on the inside of teeth and the back teeth. Brushes last a long

5-0 out of 5 stars Thorough
My dentist recommended I brush with an Oral B.Brush along the gumlines, and you get a very thorough brush.Because the head is small, reaching far to the back teeth is easy. The only drawback - brush heads wear out fast.It is a must to stock up on brush heads since you go through them quickly.

5-0 out of 5 stars Bye bye manual brush!
After reading several reviews concerning electronic brushes here on Amazon, researching on consumer reports and talking to friends/co workers, I finally decided to purchase the Oral-B. My dental care hasnt been what you call spotless so I was a bit leary about it tearing up my gums and causing bleeding. I had to charge it for a few hours before using it that first night. (By the way, make sure you put it in your mouth before turning it on or you will get toothpaste everywhere =p ) Anyway, my first went use smoothly and now I am in love! Its like a visit to the dentist without the scary scraping!
If you are worried or concerned whether this will hurt or tear up your mouth....dont be. Great product.

4-0 out of 5 stars Very Good Toothbrush
I like this toothbrush very much overall. I used to use the Sonicare (the original one, not the Elite. I guess the Elite is supposed to be new and improved) although the Sonicare sent and unplesant ringing and tingling sensation through my mouth and face. The Sonicare seemed to work just as well as the Oral-B except the Oral-B doesn't have the unpleasnt tingling. My dentist recommends any Oral-B electric toothbrush over the Sonicare and ever since I switched to an electric he has been very pleased. He never noticed a difference bewteen the Sonicare and Oral-B, but he still recommends the Oral-B.

3-0 out of 5 stars Okay, but could be better.
I received this toothbrush as a Christmas gift, but hadn't opened until recently.(My dentist had recommended that I switch to a electric brush instead of using a manual one.)One of first things I didn't like was the small brush head. However, I was willing to overlook that. When I actually starting using the brush, I found that it wasn't very effective at cleaning my teeth, at least not as effective as it could have been.I would have to follow up with my manual toothbrush to get the plaque film that the Oral-B had missed or not removed. My teeth just didn't feel as clean after as they did with the manual toothbrush.

Recently I have switched to a Sonicare toothbrush, and it's great.I don't have to expend as much effort as with the Oral-B, and my teeth and gums always feel refreshed afterward.

My recommendation is that if you are planning to buy an electric toothbrush, buy a Sonicare brush. It will be much more worth it. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Well worth the money; will become indespensible
I have been straightening my hair with a dryer for years.Someone in a salon used this on me and I was stunned at the silky results. The price turned me off, but then again, I have NEVER gotten results like this with the $20 regular iron from the department store.A friend knew how much I adored this, but didn't want to drop the cash, and got it for me as a gift.

This has now become an indispensible part of my hair regimen.I usually blow dry my mid-back length hair with a dryer, since that's pretty fast, but I can be kind of careless about it because I follow up with this iron.I section my hair and get it super smooth and shiny with this iron.I love the small plate size because I can roll the hair around the edge of the iron and get it to curl under.

This keeps my hair going for days.I can just freshen it up with the iron, no need to dry my hair out by washing and blow drying every single day.If I come in contact with a little rain and get frizzy, I just touch up with the iron.I love this product!

There is no heat-up required with this.I plug it in and it is ready to go in a matter of seconds. The variable heat settings are great.I use a lower one and I've never needed to go to the top end of the range.

Highly recommended for anyone who takes pains to straighten their hair. You'll wonder how you lived without this product!

4-0 out of 5 stars Solia
As far as the iron goes it works very well.I am Hispanic and chemically straighten my hair every six months.Usually I wash, condition, and dry my hair with rollers for an hour followed by another half hour of blow drying to get it straight. The process usually takes two hours at the salon and I never even attempt to do it at home. Two of my friends own this iron and recommended it to me.

I received my iron on Tuesday evening and 1 hour later my hair was straight.I washed and conditioned my hair as usual, then put some John Frieda Frizz Ease in it and divided it into five sections.I used my blow dryer only to get the excess water out of my hair. Then I divided each section into three and went through each section with the iron.An hour later I had straight hair!Never in my life have I been able to do my own hair at home without a professional and have it look good.

I recommend this iron but not for daily use, because applying any kind of heat (iron, blow dryer, rollers, hot comb) to any type of hair everyday will cause damage.I have used it twice since I received it, once a week is enough for me.

5-0 out of 5 stars Well worth the investment
Previous to purchasing this item, I did a fair amount of research. On a website of flat iron reviews, this iron was rated number 2. I purchased it because of the damp/dry functionality.

The iron is SOOO easy to use! I'm able to straighten my daughter's long/thick hair in about 15 min. The consistant heat level is very impressive, as is the quick initial heating speed!

I do forward one MAJOR caution. As the iron can be used on damp hair, be careful in placing the iron near the scalp, as the release of steam may burst back toward the scalp.

5-0 out of 5 stars Fast and it DOES straighten!!!
This flat iron is wonderful.I have the "not-enough-curly-nor-enough-straight" kind of hair.If I don't blow dry them they are fluffy and I hate this. This iron works like a charm.I have bought a few other irons with metal plates and larger plates, butane or electrical, but nothing compares to this iron. What was taking 1-hour or more to straighten takes now a REAL 10 minutes! The iron is ready to use within 30 secs and you can adjust the heat between 140F to 450F!!Ok, don't touch the ceramic plate because I promise it is HOT.I can easily recommend this product.ONE WARNING:I read other comments about the iron not working:take note that this iron WILL NOT work if you plug it in a wall sucket equiped with a RESET like the ones normally installed in the bathroom since this appliance is equiped with one. I don't know anything about electricity but I have noticed this myself when I tried to use it on such sockets.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Product, Great Service
I had ordered my Solia flat iron and when it came, it did not work. I tried everything and the iron never got hot. I was so disgusted because I spent a good amount of money and I got nothing out of it. So I called up customer service and they said they would replace it free of charge. I sent it back, and within 4 days my new iron came. My hair is naturally very wavy and stubborn when I try to change it. This iron is fabulous! It completely straightens my hair in less than 8 minutes. It feels very silky when I'm done, and because it has a wide range of heat selection, you can put it on a lower heat for bangs so that you don't damage them. Even though you may think a more expensive one is better, this is not always true. That fact cleary comes about as soon as you try this flat iron. You'll love it! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Good Tool
I'm a repair plumber, antique Harley mechanic and technical writer. I was skeptical about whether these magnetic glasses would work for me. But after having gone through about 6 pair of $15.00 Dean Adell® reading glasses, of which I managed to break every one of them right in the middle of the nose bridge, I figured I'd buy a couple pair of these CliC® jobs and try them out. Where the Dean Adell's broke is where these have a strong magnet. The temple loop frames don't fall off my head when I'm working as a repair plumber/contortionist under a customers kitchen sink. The magnetic connection at the nose-piece is self aligning, and I can hang them from the mirror of my service van which keeps the lenses from getting scratched.

I wear tested them working on motorycles. Very good tool, since they stay on. If Dean Adell's fall off, they're done for, if they hit the concrete lens-down. I figure now, I need a pair hanging from every vehicle mirror. One in the service van and another in my pick-up. This way, when I'm frog-marched out of the house to go grocery shopping, I can wear CliC's into the storeto read "content labels", then drop them down out of the way and continue organized-shopping. And, they're a guilt-free purchase, since they qualify as a"life-improvement" investment.

5-0 out of 5 stars Throw that $6 battery brush away-
This toothbrush center has served to replace my $6 crest spinbrush Pro, for which I could never find replacemnt heads for.

This Oral B model can use any of the Oral B power heads. This gives you the option of a smaller, softer, or stiffer bristle option. In addition, your significant other or children can use the same unit with a switch of color coded brush heads.

The overall engineering of the unit is fantastic. It is a space saver which can accomodate the storage of brush and water jet heads.

The feel of clean teeth you shall see.it only took one try for me.The first time I used it I noticed that the brush was quieter than my old spinbrush. In addition, it felt good to lightly massage gums without feeling like I was applying too much pressure. It is difficult to apply much pressure with this brush as it stops when too much pressure is applied.

Go for it spend the money.I saw at my last dentist appointment that my teeth and gums were in healthier condition.I didn't tell him about this secret weapon.I want to see if he asks if I have changed my routine.

Good Luck if you decide to purchase

5-0 out of 5 stars Nice engineering
The brush motor is powered by a NiMH battery with "smart" charge circuitry for longest service life. Brushing perfomance is excellent. The kit includes a good introductory selection of brush heads.

The irrigator is relatively quiet and just strong enough on its highest setting, and the rotary sprayhead is effective. Aeration of spray water is nice, and works best without mouthwash added to the tank unless you enjoy a mouthful of foam.

5-0 out of 5 stars I love this!!!
This is a terrific product.I had an older model Oral B electric toothbrush and dragged my feet complying with my Dentist's Assistant's advice to upgrade to this product.I try to schedule cleanings 3 - 4 times a year.I will now be able to reduce cleanings to 2x a year saving me much $.My teeth felt "just from the dentist" polished smooth after the very first brushing.

I do not agree that the jet spray is too weak.It seems to do the job for me (gums are fairly delicate). Although I do use it on it's highest pressure setting, I don't feel I need more pressure.

5-0 out of 5 stars A bigger difference than I expected
I've had some gum problems recently that my dentist has been treating, and I decided that I should investigate higher-end toothbrushes like this one.I had been using one of those AA-battery-powered spinbrushes, which I thought was a significant improvement over a typical handheld toothbrush, and I was skeptical about how much of an incremental improvement something like this would be.

I was pleasantly surprised. The vibrating of this toothbrush seems to really get underneath things and take the coating off.You still need to floss -- don't think that this unit is going to replace your flossing regimen -- and for those who aren't already doing it I certainly recommend getting a tongue scraper.Once you see how much gunk you scrape out of your supposedly clean mouth with a tongue scraper it's hard to go to bed without using it!But this thing will get your teeth clean.

Another surprise with this unit was the 30/60/90/120-second alarms.Who'd have thought that that would be important? But now that I'm using this unit, I'm sure I wasn't previously brushing long enough, and I wasn't brushing each quadrant of my mouth the same length of time. Moreover, it's a lot nicer to not constantly have to think about "Have I brushed this part of my mouth long enough?Which parts have I finished now?"It's all just automatic now, and I can think about the cat rubbing against my leg or whatever -- ANYTHING but how long I've been brushing and where!I think the boredom fix alone was worth the price of this unit for me.

I use the irrigator less, perhaps 2 or 3 times a week.I like it -- the spin mode of the irrigator is especially good at throwing bubble-laden water up into the area where the gums meet the teeth.

The unit is conveniently designed and seems well-built.The supply of brushes that comes with the unit is generous, and from what I have seen replacement brushes are not expensive (I read somewhere that the same was not true for Sonicare, but I haven't checked it myself).

All in all, I'm very pleased, and I suspect that anyone having problems with their gums or their teeth would be as well.

5-0 out of 5 stars FANTASTIC!
At first, I do not believe that this toothbrush will be better than the other electronic toothbrushes in the market. I bought it because of its so many positive reviews on the product. I think why not give it a try.
After using it for about a week, I do really feel the differences. I feel that my teeth are so clean. I also feel brushing is fun for the first time and I can actually increase my total brushing time to 5 minutes. The irrigator system works very well. I understand that other reviews said its power is too weak. But, I think it really is Okay.

I will want to recommend this to everyone. I love this product and I don't think I can go back to use traditional toothbrush again. :-) ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars Pretty good
I ordered this product after my daughter dealt with her bumps for about 5 months. It made a slight difference but the bumps are still there after 4 weeks of treatment. I have found that the swimming pool for some reason helps dry them out. They look better than ever after 3 or 4 swims in the last 2 weeks so if the Zymaderm doesn't help take the kids swimming!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Wonderfulproduct, great customer service
After over a year of suffering with our daughter through freezing and blistering of those ugly bumps at the Dr, we tried ZymaDerm on our 4 year old daughter. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Within 3 weeks the molluscum were on their way out, and by the end of 6 weeks her skin was back to creamy smooth! Also, the customer service was exceptional. Our emails were answered in less than a day.

1-0 out of 5 stars Zymaderm didn't work
We bought Zymaderm for our 3 year old. Whilst it was expensive, we were full of hope that it might work- IT DIDN'T. Very disappointing. No improvement at all.

5-0 out of 5 stars AMAZING
I have a 5 year old and started putting this product on for a week before we even got into a specialist. He was very happy that we had found a medicine that worked without any pain. It's been about 2 weeks and for the most part the bumbs are gone, a littel redness is left but the doctor said that was normal and any discoloration would be gone by summer.
THANK YOU SO MUCH, for ZymaDerm. I felt so helpless watching these bumbs growing on my daughter an not being able to do anything about it.
After using ZymaDerm my daughter is happy and so am I.

Anyone who has this problem should try this product I highly recommend it.

Thank you again,
Jennifer

5-0 out of 5 stars ZymaDerm - beat those molluscums!
I bought this a few months back after the Dr said that my daughters molluscums would just go away on their own!
She was getting more and more by the minute and her underarmas and back of knees looked red raw. After searching the web I found the ZymaDerm site and when it said I could purchase from Amazon I thought that I had nothing to lose.If your child is suffering then give it a go - it took about 4 weeks of applying the ointment direct to the molluscum every night and they soon began to dry up and disappear - she has just one left now but it's beginning to show signs of dying off.Would recommend to all! ... 4-0 out of 5 stars good shave; don't like the power switch
The 7825XL, 7845XL, 7865XL and 7885XL models are all basically the same razor, differing only in the way they display battery/chargingstatus (anywhere from 1 LED to a complete tiny LCD display). The shaving peformance is fine for me -- not as close as a wet shave but that's a good thing for me personally because the closeness of wet shaves makes my face break out.Every 3-7 years I buy a new Norelco and they get incrementally better each time.

I'm writing to warn about one feature.Every shaver I'd had up to this one had a physical slider switch to turn it on and off. This models has a push button. This means you can't tell BY TOUCH whether it's on or off. This is critical for me because I usually shave in the car (sitting in traffic) with the stereo blaring and I can't hear the shaver (especially since the newer models are pretty quiet).I turn it on and off a lot as traffic conditions change.

Further, when the battery is low, my previous shavers would just run slower and slower until they came to a gradual stop. This one slows slightly (imperceptably to me, really) and then just "falls off the cliff" and stops cold.So you don't get any warning really that it's about to run out -- if I knew it was running down, then I'd shave a lot faster!

And this is where the tactile power switch feedback is important:if the battery's totally drained, but I'm not done yet, I'll leave it off for a minute and then turn it on for 5-10 seconds of shaving before it dies again. With the push-button power control this is really confusing because you're never really sure what's on and off.It turns out the the power button is like a pulse that gets sent to an internal microcontroller (I'm guessing), so after it's been off for a while the power "position" doesn't matter, it's really off.You just push to reboot the thing.

So, my 7825XL was robbed out of my car last night and I'm buying another one of these, so I guess that's an endorsement. But I'm bumping up to the next higher model with better battery status indication ...

5-0 out of 5 stars Wonderful Shaver....
After a long and arduous search, I finally found an electric shaver that does what it's suppose to do and that's to shave and do it well.

Ease of use:This shaver is very easy to use.A LED display tells you when it's time to recharge the battery or when it's time to clean it.Cleaning is quite easy as well.Just rinse it under the faucet.

Close Shave:The shave is as close as what you get from a razor.Shaving takes about 2-3 minutes if you shave daily.Shaving the neck area is quite good as well.If you wait few days, then you might have to shave few times before all the long hairs will be cut.

I tried three other products with a variety of different features (luckily most of the electric shavers comes with 30-60 day full money back guaranty) and Norelco Quadra Action stood apart.I would suggest, you try couple of different shavers and get the one which is most comfortable for your face.

Happy Shaving....

5-0 out of 5 stars dependable shaver...
this is my first time with electric shaver...its been 17
months now and i have nothing to complain...i use it 7 days a
week...initially the battery charge was for 50+mins but
now it is usually around 43, still sufficient...
the only thing that maybe of concern is the performance
if shaving after a gap of more than 2 days, it isnt easy,
but the same holds true for the regular razor blade shave too...
cleaning is very easy. also the trimmer is real handy...
overall i'm completely satisfied

1-0 out of 5 stars Rebate is a joke
The gift certificate must be used within 30 days or it expires. After 2 complaining emails, Amazon did the right think and reissued it.Be persistant since the first email made the situation sound hopeless.

5-0 out of 5 stars Excellent Shaver
I've had my Quadra 7886XL for three months now and really like it.This 86XL version is intended for the discount stores and the Norelco phone rep I talked to said its the same as the 85XL except for color ..... in fact it shares the same users manuel. I purchased mine at Cosco for $90.

The shaver is a replacement for a Norelco 710RL which lastedover 10 years.I considered buying the low end Reflex Plus but it seemed a little too cheap and flimsey. So I decided to move up to the Quadra line and have been very pleased.

1. Its provided a very smooth and close shave without irritation from the start.Head/blade design has come a long way in a decade. I have a VERY thick and tough beard and am able to complete a shave in 5 to 7 minutes ...... this may seem long but it took 12 to 15 minutes on my old shaver.

2. The LCD Display is great ....... remaining charge time is right there as well as a periodic cleaning reminder. The battery does a complete recharge in about one hour and provides 40 to 43 minutes of use.

3. Its light and easy to hold.

4. The sideburn trimmer seems sturdy and does the job.

5. Cleaning with warm water once a week is a snap and it dries quickly.

6. Its very quiet.

7. The charger is built right into the power cord plug. There's no separate unit to clutter the sink top when recharging.

My only gripe is that Norelco does not provide a hard case for the shaver. The soft travel bag is OK for packing on trips but isn't convenient for use in the house. The shaver has a small flat spot on the back and can be placed on a shelf but if you have to put it into a sliding drawer it has a tendency to rock over on its side. Oh well, you can't have everything!

Bottom line: this shaver is the real deal. Get one at a discount store if you can........ but even at $130 its a winner.

5-0 out of 5 stars This is the one that really works on those wrinkles!
I have tried about twenty different brands of creams now, from drugstore to department store types of wrinkle creams, and none of them really work. They will make your skin softer and your complexion smoother and more even toned but as for getting rid of wrinkles? This is the ONLY one that will do it. Kinerase lotion was the only one that actually HARMED my skin, not just a little but a LOT.
Alpha-Hydrox Enhanced Cream is the absolute number one hands-down best for ERASING wrinkles, and I mean the ones under the eyes and the ones between the brows and the ones around the mouth. It also smoothes your skin, eliminates blackheads on the nose and evens the complexion tone.
I am 52 years old so you know I don't have the little kind of wrinkles that no one can see but you. I never had one wrinkle, not even a tiny one, until the BIG M passed by recently and when that estrogen drops let me tell you, your skin really wrinkles. But this cream is the only one I would recommend, along with Avon Anew Clinical which is really good, but Alpha-Hydrox is actually better. Under my eyes I use MD Forte Skin Rejuvanation Eye Cream but I suspect that this will work just as well since the ingredients are almost the same. And this is a LOT cheaper. Don't even bother trying anything else as I have tried ALL of them, all the top department store creams and most of the drugstore creams. This is the only one that really worked, that really ERASED wrinkles.

4-0 out of 5 stars Easy Ups keep my bed dry.
My mom buys Easy Up's for both my brother and I.My brother is not potty trained yet and I wet my bed at night.I like how easy they are to get on and off.I like wearing these instead of diapers because I don't feel like such a baby.

5-0 out of 5 stars Same great quality, now $3.00 more!
This was a blowout at $7.49, but my local Wal-Mart checks in with this at $9.44 versus amazon.com's current price of $10.49.Wal-Mart also has the 33-pack at $14.29, so even with sales tax, I can get a better deal there.

5-0 out of 5 stars Price
I thought I should chime in here on the pricing issue.Amazon has now added larger Value Packs where you can get still get the same price per diaper you were getting before on these smaller packs. This is the most competitive price I can find anywhere and you can get it shipped free to your door.

5-0 out of 5 stars You Gotta Be Kidding!!!
Look at that price!!!I have four kids (two sets of twins) all boys and all in diapers.I shop all over for the best prices on Huggies and Pampers.I won't try that generic stuff for my kids. All in all, this is the best product at ROCK BOTTOM (dry ones too) PRICES.Grab it now before it's gone.

5-0 out of 5 stars Gives a sense of growing up
I have a daughter who sleeps so soundly that waking her is tough.Even though she has been trained for many years, she doesn't wake up to go during the night.Being able to wear these doesn't give her a sense of being "bad" or of being a baby.Cheaper brands leak throuh where Easy Ups keep her pajamas and bed nice and dry.The price is phenomenal and having them delivered to the door is a nice bonus. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars It does its job as expected.
After reading many of the reviews for other brands and some other Panasonic trimmers I decided to take a chance with this one that had no reviews and really not much info on it whatsoever. I took the risk based on how poor the ratings and reviews were for most of the other similar products on the site and I decided to go with this one based on brand recognition, price and appearance (marketing students take notice hehe..)
This is the first time I have actually bought a nose hair trimmer so I have nothing else to compare it with but as I stated in the title it does its job as expected.
The unit is attractive looking with a dark and light blue metallic-looking combination. The casing is not metallic but plastic and although it looks very nice I find my 2 year old Norelco beard trimmer better looking than this unit. To be more specific it doesn't look as fancy but it does look very good.
The unit is small at 5.5 inches long and a bit over 1 inch wide at its widest point. It is by no means heavy. It is powered by a AA battery and has no recharging option and can't be plugged in. But I am guessing a single battery will last plenty so those are really not drawbacks methinks!
Does it work? Why yes! Like I said before I have nothing to compare it to, but like they say, first impressions are very important and this unit has indeed given me a good first impression. It nose-trimmed very well and the process was both effortless and painless (have not tried using it for my ears and I don't think I ever will as I don't have that problem so I can't report on that). The motor makes the blades spin quite fast (rotary blades) which is what makes the trimming painless and the blades themselves are surrounded by a plastic casing to prevent injuries, it works well. To store it you are provided a plastic cap to cover both the blades and the plastic casing around them.
It is easily disassembled (for cleaning purposes) and reassembled.
My only concern for now will be how long it will last. I am not too fond of products made in China and this product is well... made in China. The unit (the blades) as stated in the user's manual is supposed to last for 2 years if used on a single 1 minute session each week, which I think by itself is aiming a little towards the disposable category but again for the price I have no problem with that. My problem would be if the unit would die at any time before at least six months of normal use. I started using it mid May, so I'll update this report if it fails before mid November, if I haven't updated by then, that means it is still going and it can keep its 5 star rating.
So should you get it? I would say: go for it!!
Hope this helped. ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Not compatible with 6520
Current (Mar 6, 2004) specs indicate this unit is compatible with the Braun 6520. It isn't. The product shipped is only compatible with the 4005 thru 4520 models.

5-0 out of 5 stars Better than ever!
Really a major improvement.Your will notice the improvement right away.I am sold on Braun after this shaver (and now the replacement pack).Excellent product. The razor is like new.

5-0 out of 5 stars Best Razor I've ever owned.
GREAT razor. It never pinches or pulls hairs out like both Norelco rotary razors that I had.The replaceable cutting head makes it very cost effective.I used the first set daily for 3 years before a small defect appeared.Great close shaves, relatively quiet and fine battery performance even now after daily use for 3 years.

5-0 out of 5 stars BRAUN DESIGN!
Listen, if you need a new Foil/Cutterblock, you will know that already. If you don't want to throw away your razor, buy this set! If you don't want the fabulous Braun design, buy a new razor...

5-0 out of 5 stars FOR WOMEN TOO!!
For many years I delt with razor burns and bumps.Trying every razor there was.
Then I bought 7570 Braun.Wow, it is great. No more irritated underarms or bikini lines.
Try it out, give it a few weeks and you'll really notice a difference. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Boudreaux's is the Best
I found this product 5 years ago at a local pharmacy. I am so happy that BRU carries it now (I have twins due in 7 weeks). The price at BRU is much better than the pharmacy price. My son used to get bad rashes and this product would usually clear up a rash within a day or two. I introduced it to my pediatrician and this is now what he recommends. It's simple, Boudreaux can't be beat!

5-0 out of 5 stars Stick the baby in place with Butt Paste
Yep if your baby has a tendency to make rash movements, then this paste will cure the problem. He/she will become irrational. For lots of squirmy babies they make this paste comes in a tub. Ah paste-orial bliss.

5-0 out of 5 stars LOVE THIS CREAM!!!
My daughter had a combination yeasty/irritant diaper rash appear a little over a 4 months ago. The doctor prescribed several creams and the rash would disappear only to reappear within a day. I was losing my mind. I wound up making a special cream that my doctor had given me the recipe for. Unfortunately it didn't work and the battle of the diaper rash continued on.

I tried all sorts of other creams (Weleda, Burt Bees, J&J, herbal salves...) and this all ended when I bought Boudreaux's Butt Paste! I put on one application and the rash was reduced to a slight pink area near the rectum. After the next application...Tada!! GONE!

It has been 2.5 months ago and my daughter has not had a problem with diaper rash since. I have reccomended Boudreaux Butt Paste to all of my friends battling with diaper rash problems with their kids. They are all converted! Love the cream.

As for the comment about not knowing the percentage of zinc oxide, it's right on the tube and in the information provided on the product page above. The cream contains 16%. Some children may have a reaction to the Peruvian Balsam. None of the babies that I know who are using this cream have. It's in the same family as vanilla and cinnamon and contains essential oils similar to those in citrus fruit peel.

I suspect that if you are sensitive to these oils your child may be too. Just like any product, use your best judgment.

5-0 out of 5 stars so far so good
I have tried so many brands. This is by far the best. I still have to try triple paste but my daughter who is one year old has an inner thigh rash that won't go away even with doctor prescribe medicine. Since i started using this stuff it has been alot better.

5-0 out of 5 stars Good Heads for Small Mouths
Before using Sonicare, I used a regular toothbrush. Unfortunately, it was hard to get the large head of a traditional brush towards the back of my mouth. My dental hygenist noticed heavy plaque back there and planned to use local anesthetic at my next appointment in order to perform a proper prophylaxis. I just was not cleaning my back teeth well enough!

She also recommended I buy the Sonicare toothbrush with the Ultra Compact Brush Heads. With it, I can now easily brush the back of my mouth. At my next appointment, my hygenist decided I no longer needed the anesthetic, because my back teeth required little prophylactic cleaning.

If you brush your teeth twice per day with the Sonicare, you definitely need to replace the brush head after six months, just as the instructions say. They do not wear out the same as a regular toothbrush, but you can tell the difference near the end of the sixth month when your teeth do not feel as clean as they should.

5-0 out of 5 stars Sonicare is riding the wave of the future
The biggest complaint I hear from people about electric tootbrushes is that the replacement heads are too expensive. Come now, that was the type of thinking that would have killed the Industrial Revolution!

For anyone who really cares about dental hygeine or even just the way they look to other people, you can't not use an electric toothbrush anymore. I laughed at the idea at first, but once I began using one I will never be able to use a regular toothbrush again without feeling like my mouth isn't clean. When you go to the dentist--what type of toothbrush does he/she use on you? Electric--for a reason, because it cleans better.

The marginally higher cost of replacing the heads rather than buying an entirely new disposable toothbrush is insignificant when you actually feel as clean as you can when you use an electric brush. Personal dental care has evolved to the next step, and you don't want to be caught be the last person using a slide ruler because you were too frugal to purchase the more expensive but more effective calculator.

Your teeth (and anyone who comes in contact with them) will thank you. ... Read more

This gentle hair removal system prepares your entire body for beach season or year-round swimming and costs a fraction of what a salon charges for full-body waxing or electrolysis treatments. About the size of a stick of solid deodorant, this epilator discreetly removes unwanted hair from the face, bikini line, legs, or underarms. The power switch activates a disc full of rotating tweezers that pluck even the shortest hairs at the root and leave skin soft and smooth for up to six weeks. More comfortable than epilators from the past, the Gently Gold Caress model has 24-karat gold-plated tweezers for gentler epilation and a curved head that follows a woman’s contours, eliminating nicks and cuts that may occur during shaving. In addition, this epilator employs pain reduction technology, which uses 36 discs to stretch skin and gently remove hair during the first try to reduce skin irritation. For safety, the Gently Gold Caress automatically slows down or stops with too much pressure, further preventing discomfort. This epilator operates in two speeds, and comes with a plastic safety cap over the blade, an AC adaptor, and a cleaning brush. The Emjoi Gently Gold Caress epilator comes includes a travel pouch, and is covered by a 3-year limited warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars One of the best
I have had Emjoi for a couple of months...and to tell you frankly, after my first use it was sitting on the shelf. It hurts!! But two months ago I read a review which suggested of take a painkiller. Well, it worked wonderfully. In less that half-an-hour I had silky legs and I did not feel the pain!

For first time users I have a suggestion. If you are unsure of your pain tolerance level, take a painkiller. I also figured out that it may be a good idea to use Veet or Nair first, wait for two weeks and then epilate. The reason being, if you are a first time user, your hair are probably quite long. It would hurt more to eplilate longer hair than shorter.

On the whole I liked the machine. I gave four stars because even though they suggest that one can use it for underarms, I have found it hurting even after taking a painkiller.

5-0 out of 5 stars Awesome Product!
Although this is not for the feint of heart, it does an amazing job. As someone with quite sensitive skin, I have had reactions to waxing, razors are a nightmare and to top it off having course dark hair I am always trying out a product to see if it might help and I think I have found my miracle product with this one!

I wont lie it does hurt when trying it out but I found after a while and once you get the hang of how to use it, it was not all that bad. It does a great job in getting even the shortest of hairs and afterwards it was red, but using a product such as tend skin or any product designed to prevent razor burn it helped a great deal and after a few hours my skin was not red at all.

I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective hair removal system. It really works and I wont be going back to razors ever again!

5-0 out of 5 stars Emjoi AP9GA Gently Gold Caress Epilator with Cord
This product performs exactly as it is expected. Yes, the first time you use it, you may feel some discomfort, but walk it off!!!In the end, you will be glad you did!!!When used regularly, there is minimal discomfort for maximum results.I use regularly on my bikini line and on my underarms and can report that the results are smooth and fabulous!I think it works well on legs also, but I am too impatient to use regularly here.In my opinion, this is a godsend for bikini line and underarms!

4-0 out of 5 stars I like it lots and lots
Let me start by saying that I am fair complected with light hair.I have a LOW tolerence for pain!!I really like this product(after 5 years of using Nad's "wax").The best thing that I have found so far is that I don't have to take a bath after each session.Don't get me wrong, I love baths, but it is difficult with 2 small children, to find the time to wax and then to bathe:)I agree that it does take some creative movement to get all the hair around the knees and ankles, but that is the same with any removal product.I really like using it on the armpit area, and after the second time the pain is not a factor. That brings me to the second think that I like about this product... if it hurts, stop for a bit and come back. The bikini area is a bit dicey, and I think it will be easier with hubby's help to pull the skin taut.I would not recommend starting out with long hair, about a day or 2 growth seems to be the best, so for the first use, shave, wait a day or 2 depending on your hair growth, then go for it.I have found that three days in a row of use gets me smooth for about a two week period, then the little persistant hairs start again. That is about the time I had with Nad's.The new thing here is that I can do it over and be done without waiting for them to grow for another two weeks to get long enough to wax.All in all I am impressed and like the product for the value.I might try a step up next time, or a flat head to see if it makes a difference, but I won't go back to waxing or shaving for the long haul.I am already planning how to introduce epilating to my daughter when she is old enough to do it in the hopes that she will never have to shave because the truth is that my hair is finer and more sparse than before waxing and epilating.

4-0 out of 5 stars Gorilla legs begone!
I first tried this product about 7 years ago after seeing it in an airline magazine (you know, one of those things on every plane in the pocket on the seat in front of your cramped-up legs). I have always had coarse, dark hair on my legs, thanks to my dad's genetic contribution to my body, and in summer had to shave nearly every day--literally a pain, as I'm of little use with a razor. I ordered my first, wore it out after 4 years, am now wearing out a second! and will certainly buy another one. What I am finding wears out is the power adaptor. It is a good idea to follow the recommendations that come with the product about exfoliation and how to hold the skin, etc. (I find a fine-grade foot file works better than a loofah for exfoliation, by the way). The Emjoi also works best if you keep it very clean--don't let hairs build up in it. Use the brush or a small pipe-cleaner each time. ... Read more
