The Banana Boat After Sun Lotion with Aloe Vera is a great product. Banana Boat products are very well known and dependable. The bottle is a very generous size and the pump dispenser makes it easy to use. Using lotion and aloe after you get too much sun or just to keep your skin silky smooth is a great idea, and Banana Boat combines them wonderfully! The only problem I have with the product is the slight ""perfumish"" smell that I usually try to avoid because of certain allergies that I have, but I still used it without a problem.

Very nice, GREAT moisturizer! It was a little oily for my taste, because I have oily skin. It's packaged in a clear bottle, with a pump applicator. Makes it easy to see how much is left and easy to dispense. Excellent product!

If you're looking for an after-sun lotion that leaves no greasy after-feel, this is the one. This lotion blended right into my skin leaving it feeling soothed and moisturized. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the scent. It has a light suntan lotion fragrance to it, so if you like that particular scent, you will love this lotion. The large 16-oz. bottle makes this a great value too.

Amazing sun burn pain relief and healing
Panama Jack Green Ice is fabulous for after sun and especially when there is a sunburn.I am fair and burn very easily.This aloe gel is like no other.It actually turns your burn to a tan if you leave it on long enough and let it dry before dressing.Avoid items containing lidacaine - very painful to a sunburn.My son came home from a cruise with severe sun burn, including blisters.We applied panama jack and the next day it was tan and healed.He was amazed.Panama Jack Green Ice issoothing, cooling and healing. ... Where's the Aloe Vera????
This product has 13 ingrediants in it, of which Aloe Barbadensis Leaf juice is the 8th. Since ingrediants are listed in descending order beginning with the one with the greatest quantity, this shows you how little Aloe Vera is in this gel. In fact, the product listed directly after the Aloe is fragrance!

If I had paid more for this item, I would have returned it to Amazon, because it is useless.

I highly recommend real Aloe Vera or an Aloe Vera plant to anyone who has a burn of any kind, but this product is no substitute for it.

For someone who has never used an aloe vera plant, just break off a leaf, split it open and gently apply the juice to your burn. I have used it on bad sunburns, curling iron burns and a bad chlorine burn (bleach - be careful with it!). I don't know how it works, but it takes the pain away and helps the burn heal faster and with much less skin damage. I reapply it as often as needed and let it dry before covering it with clothing.

To anyone who has ever tried the Banana Boat product, it is mostly water, alcohol and glycerin. Please do not judge real Aloe Vera by this product. However, you can judge the Banana Boat brand by this cheap imitation. Now that I know they substitute water and alcohol for the real thing, you can be sure they will not get anymore of my money!

Banana Boat Gel, Brilliant Inuendo!
I have not yet sampled the Banana Boat Gel, but I must admit it is some of the best product naming ever. It makes buying something that normally would make you feel a bit embarrased much easier to purchase without the red face.
Gotta go gel up my banana boat! The banana boat is heading into Port Peaches, my favorite place to dock my boat!
