The Best Lip Balm Around!!
I just love Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm!It soothes your lips because of the peppermint, and it tingles in your lips.I have used, and tried so many lip balms out there, and this one is for keeps! You just have to try to believe it, and once you tried it, there is no going back.

Almost addictive
This stuff is almost addictive.I always have to have it on my lips, under lipstick or along. Its wonderful, especialy that tingly, cooling feel you get when applied, which lasts for a few minutes. It sinks in pretty quickly and makes your lips soft; with regular use, you no longer have chapped lips! :) I was originally going to get the Lifeguard's Choice one, since I spend a lot of time in the sun, but it seems that it turns your lips white, due to the sunblock. BTW, this stuff is slightly harder than the balm in the tube, but carrying it in your pocket instead of purse (like I do) makes it soft and easier to use. Also, if you are like me and pretty much only use this site to see the reviews on items you want to get from the store yourself, this costs about $2.50.

it feels so great especially if your lips are sore and chapped the tingly numbing relief is great!!

In Love with a Lip Balm
After years of trying numerous other brands, I found this lip product and fell madly in love. First, it tingles because it contains peppermint so it makes your lips feel alive and luscious. Then, it has beeswax and coconut oil to protect you from the elements.

Burt's Beeswax Lip Balm contains soothing and refreshing ingredients, such as beeswax, coconut oil, sunflower oil, tocopheryl acetate & tocopherol (vitamin E), lanolin, peppermint oil, comfrey root extract, and rosemary extract.

There are many other uses for this product. You can also use it on dry skin that needs extra attention. It also seems to work as a healing balm.

Also look for this product in a tube. I have one in every main room of my house. One hidden in a kitchen drawer, one in my desk, two in my purse, etc.

Don't make me live without Burt's Bees products!

My least favorite Burt's Bees product
Not very moisterizing and doesn't taste good at all. After awhile it doesn't smell very good either. But I love all the other products I've tried.

Perfect Except for Flavor
I bought all three flavors of this lip gloss on a whim one day. Although the small box the lip gloss comes packaged in claims the gloss is "flavored," it isn't. It tastes like beeswax and that's it.

Aside from the lack of flavor, I love these lip glosses. They add a nice glow to my lips, they double as a powerful balm for chapped lips,and they smell wonderful. The little glass container and tin lid are very well well made. I would have to say the Lemon Lime is the variety to get if you're looking for something strongly scented. However, my personal favorite is the raspberry because it's an unusual, very sweet scent.

If you don't mind your lip gloss tasting like beeswax, I highly recommend buying all three varieties. You won't be disappointed.

Moisture Treat for Your Lips
Burt's Bees Lip Gloss has a natural finish. It is not super glossy, but does add a healthy moisturizing sheen when applied to natural lips. I think it has the scent of cherry almond and I can't really detect any noticeable cherry flavor. This product is also unsweetened.

Ingredients: Grapeseed oil, coconut oil, beeswax, lanolin, cocoa butter, natural cherry flavor, tocopheryl acetate and tocopherol (vitamin E), rosemary extract.

I like this product, but could see it being even more enjoyable to use with a slightly stronger cherry flavor and scent.

I'm using it like chapstick...
A little bit goes a long way! At purchase time, $6.00 or whatever I paid seems like a lot but I bet it'll last me 6 months.
