it's working
I've rated this item 5 stars because I'm able to sleep and no night sweats. I still haven't lost any weight, BUT feel if I keep taking it, it will work. I'm also not as irritable so it is helping with the symptoms of menopause. So the high price of this item is worth it. The weight loss i feel will come.

Zalestra -my side effects
Took the reccomended dose yesterday and felt fine. Today took the two pills before breakfast and developed a migraine and rash on my abdomen. It was so bad I had to leave work. Very dissapointed with this product and the remaining pills went straight in the trash!! Buyer beware.

I have been taking Zalestra for 24 days (two in the morning and two in mid-afternoon as instructed on the container) with absolutely no relief from the hot flashes and no weight loss either. Not worth the money...
I bought Lipovarin because it was listed as the Consumer Health Digest's top weight loss supplement (out of 30 reviewed). I just finished the bottle this weekend after taking it religiously and I have not lost a single pound. It did seem to give me energy especially in the late afternoon/evening but as far as supressing my appetite, it did nothing. I could expect this out of a $10 diet pill but not from one I shelled out $60 for. I would not recommend this product.

Don't waste your $$$
Both my husband and I bought and used this product. No weight loss for me and weight gain for my husband. This product may seem appealing cuz it costs so much so you think it works better when in fact it does not. What they don't flat out tell you is that when you buy this expensive product, you do have to use it with a combination of other pills they offer to get it's full effect, thus costing even more than what you think. The pills do not work alone. I would consider saving your money and investing it into cheaper weight loss pills with the same effect.

If you are expecting a magic pill to get rid of all of your extra pounds, then keep up the search!It doesn't exist!!!

However, if you need something to add to your low caloric intake and regular exercise routine, this may be it.I am taking it withThyrotril and Aquadrene as apart of the 3 week weight loss program.I have been taking it for four days now and I already notice a significant difference.I also watch my caloric intake and exercise 5-6 days per week.It takes effort from every angle to see long term success.For those who felt nausea,I know that when I don't drink enough water I will feel the same symptom.So when they say to drink AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER PER DAY, it's not just a suggestion.It may also be caused by taking in extra caffeine in coffee, tea or certain soda's.The most needed effect for me was the appetite suppression.It is definitely working!

It does do what it says it will...
Lipovarin did indeed supress my appetite and give me more energy--it's good to take it before working out.BUT whatever you do, do NOT take 6 pills a day!I did that the first day and forgot to eat and ended up eating like a whole pizza that night just so that I wouldn't die of starvation (I feltlight headed and the other effects of hunger expect actual hunger if that makes sense).The second day I took 4 and threw up.After that, I didn't take more than 2 a day, and that was enough.I stopped after a while though because I felt like I was losing weight in my thighs and butt faster than my stomach and I thought that was weird, but it might have been in my head, I don't know.Anyway, if you want to control your eating and get some energy before working out--buy this.But it is definitely a SUPPLEMENT...don't expect any magic.

Very skeptical
I am intrigued by the existence of products in the US claiming to be hoodia, when officially licensed hoodia gordonii supplements will not be on the market for years.Hoodia gordonii is the particular variety of the hoodia cactus that contains the patented molecule that supposedly is the active ingredient.A UK pharmco licensed the molecule back in 1998 and is still refining it in order to commercialize it (think 2008).Any products sold containing hoodia and marketed for weight loss are in violation of the patent.The way people "get around" this is by not actually including the active ingredient in the product, as though that's ethical.Others include hoodia but not h. gordonii.Bottom line is, this product should not exist.

Taking third bottle

Firstly I would like to say that I find alot of these reviewers who claim it's a miracle a bit "dodgy". However, I am on my third bottle of Hoodoba and I plan to keep on taking it.

I would say that ithas cut my appetite by about 50%..which is alot! But it is not going to work for you if you don't change your eating habits and exercise.

I give it 4 stars for doing what it says it will: cutting appetite significantly.

Buyer Beware...Don't waste your money
If you are reading this it's because you are desperate to lose weight.I too was when I order these pills with hope that they would curb my appetite.I did read the other neutral/negative reviews about this product, but thought "Maybe it will be better for me"...NOT! Seemed to work...
I used Cortislim for about 6 weeks with a few co-workers back in the late fall. I have to admit that I did notice that my pants were fitting differently (my middle area seemed slimmer).I don't think that I dropped a lot of weight in pounds though.I did have a bit more energy too.The problem I had was the Christmas holidays rolled around and I quit using...pounds came back.Now that it is spring, a few of us are going to try it once more, EXCERISE while using it, and go from there.I think you will be pleased if you don't have unrealistic expectations....you will have to work at the weight loss and not just pop the pills.

I am so happy with this patch i have to say tho when i started taking it almost a month ago i was like yah sure it will work and it has. It say's do not drink soda and no chocolate if you follow these rules you will loose weight i am happy i bought it and i am back to buy lot's more :) thanks s o much katina

About average results
I've used the patch for 2 months now. I've had an 11 pound loss the first month, and a 12 pound loss the second month. That's better than I did on any oral diet aids. I did have a rash from the patch, but I do have an adhesive allergy. I'll continue to use the patch. For me, it's alot easier than trying to remember to take a pill 30 minutes before I eat.

After starting this product I developed a bladder infection, in which I have never had one before and drink plenty of water in a day. I usually don't drink anything but water in fact. Also it says that there are no allergies to the patch, well I now have a rash in two spots on my back that have not gone away. I am not allergic to adhesives either. The patch also leaves a sticky square where the patch was. I have also gained about 3lbs since using this product!!!!!!! Better luck to who ever tries this, I am off to another product.

Worked for me...
I dont know where that last person got theirs, but my order arrived promptly and in normal, good condition. What's more is the product actually worked. You cannot expect an awe-inspiring, overnight difference but after using on my target areas for a week, I definitely noticed a difference; measured differently too, and this is after months of working out to tone and not getting as far as I would have liked. Do not think of this as some sort of miracle product to make you skinny while you eat cheeseburgers; this kind of thing only works in combination with a sensible workout and eating routine, but it does work. Also, you dont have to use a ton of it so one bottle goes a long way.

It does work
I can attest to the fact that in four months I've lost two inches off my waist and about 20lbs.It does make me nauseated, true.But that's to be expected.

Don't Bother
I work out6 times a in a week and eat 5 smal meals a day. I have a very good work out plan and was looking for alittle extra to help me shed more weight.. Zantrex3 is not the answer you are looking for. Don't bother with buying this product. I looking for anothe supplement, If anyone has any good ones please let me know because this on isn't even worth it DON"T BOTHER!!!

Please Pass this one up.
Not only did i get sick, have nausea whenever I took it, but also the tension headaches were draining.It causes nausea, headaches and attitudes (how can anyone feel pleasant on this?)Any recommendations for something that really works without making you miserable?

Only take this if you need....
an extra push.I didn't see it as a helpful dietary supplement.I was mostly hyper all day, with no weight loss.

Earlier this month, I was preparing to move and I needed more energy, I took two blue Zantrex-3 pills and I was up for at least 24 hours.But when I came down, I basically crashed.

During the two weeks I took the pills I did not see any weight loss results, but around 7pm at night, I would feel jittery, like I wanted to crawl out of my skin. In addition, my coworkers thought I was on illegal drugs because I was so wired.

I decided to stop taking the capsules and have just been trying to fight the battle of the bulge with diet and exercise.

These Work, But Slowly,So I Give Them 4 Stars
I have been taking one to two Green Tea Diet gelcaps a day for about a month and have lost 4 lb. It isn't much but I don't exercise. Last night I had a hamburger followed by a hot fudge sundae. I eat Fiddlefaddle, buttered popcorn and most anything I want. Those horrid cravings for sweets are almost gone. I also have found I feel full quicker and often can't finish a meal. This is Most unusual and I'm pretty excited.
I think if you'd take these AND exercise you could lose a lot.
I find that they make me a little bit irritable; not nervous like the first day I took them but a little touchy. I am half finished my second box and am ordering two more.

Did Nothing
I used this product it combnation with a good diet and moderate exercise.I didn't do anything at all!My Appetite was not decreased what so ever and I did not have more energy.I would not ever recommend or take this product again.

Your mileage may vary....
So I looked through the ingredients before buying this and realized it pretty much a caffiene pill, and caffiene pretty much has no effect on me. I'm not sure whether its because I've built a resistance to it, but I can drink 4 cups a day or no cups a day(I pretty much only drink free coffe at work) and I feel no difference.

But I thought I'd give Stacker 2 a try anyway.I started slow, with one a day with breakfast and didn't notice anything. I upped it to two, one with breakfast and one before I hit the gym (usually around 5pm)and didn't notice any energy gain but did notice a mild laxative effect. Which I suppose isn't such a bad thing.

The trouble started when I started doing three like the directions said. The first two days there was nothing but by the third day I was waking up with mild headaches, which is a sure sign of caffiene addiction. I wasn't too worried until I noticed that after I took a pill and before the headache faded my vision would blur a little. I'd have to concentrate to focus. Now that worried me. So now I'm trying to wean myself off the pills.

And how much weight did I lose? 0. For the 4 1/2 weeks I've been taking stacker 2 I've been basically hovering around 220 (my ideal weight is 194 but I'd settle for 200).

I guess its back to my original plan of upping my cardio.

Use "Common" Sense
I believe Stacker 2 is designed to assist you in your weight lost efforts, not do the work for you while you sit back and wait for the results! Just like any other drug, you can not exceed the recommeded dosages or there will be consequences. Read your vitamin bottle or a prescription, some medications have side effects just from taking them. Imagine overdosing on something like that!?!

You have to eat something first or you will feel light headed once it kicks in. I personally don't recommend more than two pills a day. It's all going to depend on how well it works with your body. You are supposed to exercise to use the energy the Stacker provides you.

I take it just once a day right before I go to the gym and that's the only time I take Stacker 2. Since I go early in the morning, I pull the purple half of the pill off and swallow the yellow portion with it's powder so I will feel it faster. (I put it in the back of my throat, that's some really nasty tasting stuff!!)

I find that I get a better workout with it than I do without. It seems that the more I workout, the harder I want to workout and I can do more repititions and higher weights. I feel great all day and sleep well because I've been really active.

If I don't workout and I take Stacker, I find that I can't really concentrate at work because I want to do a million things at once. It makes my hands shake a little bit, I'm guessing that's the caffeine. I've taken it before a night workout and I could not sleep until about 3 in the morning. I was miserable! Now I never take it after 4pm, so I can get a good night's rest.

Stacker does curb my appetite a little, which I don't mind at all. It also increases my sex drive and extends the time it takes for me to reach climax, which I don't mind either!

Overall, I feel Stacker 2 is safe, when used properly according to your body's instructions.

Not good at all
I just started taking this product last week and now I'm having problems with cramps in my legs, my whole body is jittering, and I can't sleep.The whole thing with feeling energy in 45 minutes is true but I rather feel completely drained than to feel the way I do now.All in all this is not a good product to take unless your doctor say's "go for it".

Good Energy..not effective weight loss..
There are many different products out there that will claim to lose weight by taking a magic pill for the most part they are all fake. These magic pills (including stacker2) give you extra energy boosts to make you work harder and faster which in turn gives you the weightloss.
